Description of the Manahawkin vacation home rental

We sustained substantial damage due to Hurricane Sandy. Our nice little hide away is completely gutted to the studs. Within the next few weeks we should know when we can begin to repair. The hold up is due to insurance claim. But once insurance decides to pay up we will have everything brand new for you. I will keep you posted.

3 bedrooms, one bath with shower & tub, home located on the lagoon in Beach Haven West (exit 63). Address: 80 Gregg Drive Manahawkin, NJ. Great location for boat owners, access to the bay by boat, fish and crab from back yard deck. Four TV'S with cable one in each bedroom and living room. Master bedroom has a flat screen. Pots, pans, dishes utensils and cooking utensils, BBQ grill including gas.

Bring your own linens or we can supply.

Includes: 6 beach badges for Ship Bottom (On the island) Free Lagoon beach on Jonathan Drive one block over. Kayaks and small row boat (use at own risk; life jackets included) If you have a boat we have a dock in the back.

Area Information

This home is located at 80 Gregg Drive in Manahawkin, NJ. Please drive by but do not disturb renters.

This is a family oriented vacation home and a quiet residential street. No outside noise after dark young families with young children are nearby. If you are looking for a party house please do not apply.

Home is kept clean and renters are expected to clean-up after themselves. The cleaner the home is the less expense to all of us keeping your rent at a reasonable rate and my costs down.

Great Time!!

Hadgreat time. Great clean house. Nice fenced in yard for our dog. Great crabbing off dock and fishing. Quiet area, easy to get to beach about 5min away. Nice size bedrooms, fully equiped kitchen. Had a great time
