Description of the Manasota Key vacation condo rental
This beachside condo is perfectly placed for a great vacation. It is only a few steps to the perfect white sandy beaches of the Gulf, no public parking so beaches are never crowded. The complex has a tennis court, jacuzzi and boat dock plus a heated pool. The condo has three bedrooms, one a large loft area with twin beds. There are two bathrooms, a glass enclosed lanai, a large lounge/dining room, a well equipped kitchen and two large bedrooms.
The condo benefits from plenty of parking and from lifts to all floors. There are plenty of towels and linens and everything you need for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, cool box and children's beach toys. There is a club house on the dockside with a large supply of books that you can borrow and a peaceful area overlooking the dock with chairs for reading etc.
The lounge is equipped with a large flat screen TV and there is a TV in the main bedroom, there is also a DVD player in the lounge.
The kitchen has a washer and dryer, a large fridge, microwave and cooker, there are plenty of utensils and cookware, and a dishwasher.

Area Information
The area is really lovely with no high rise apartments but peace and tranquility, with a beautiful sandy beach. Near to golf courses, shops and restaurants. Manasota Key is a strip of land near to Englewood but perfectly placed for Port Charlotte and Venice. Stump Pass Nature reserve is a short walk away along a beautiful beach, a must to visit. Port Charlotte is only a twenty minute drive away, and so is Venice. Orlando is about two and a half hour drive away, nearest airport is Sarasota/Brandenton but Tampa is only an hour and three quarter drive.
There are three restaurants within easy walking distance plus a convenience store and beach shops. The public beach has several sports facilities and changing areas.

The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated with the theme of the area. It was a great location a beautiful pool adjacent to the beach and in walking distance to restaurants. We would definitely consider staying there again.

We have stayed in the Englewood area a no. of times before and like the area so were pleased to get this place. We had everything we needed, the pool & hot tub were wonderful, and we had a very relaxing time. Thank you!!
