Just steps from the Gulf of Mexico

This is a small & friendly 2 story condo complex, located in Englewood Florida, on the Manasota Key. While not ON the water, it is only steps from the Gulf of Mexico, with views of the intercoastal from the patio & all windows. The Condo is bright & very homey, unlike a motel. The other units renters are usually the same people who return for a month or two every year. Englewood is very much Old Florida, without the conjestion of other areas. Close to shopping & a quaint downtown area. The downtown area of Dearborn street not only has unique shops & restaurants, but hosts many events. We hold antique car shows, art festivals, and Saturday night walks with many activites & music. Theme Parks & other attractions are very close by. The Manasota Key is a barrier Island on the Gulf of Mexico, with 3 public beaches & a state park. The beaches are loaded with sharks teeth & the tourists & locals love hunting for them. But you do not need to visit any of the formal beaches as free access is available from the condo. While not directly on the water it is only a short walk to the Gulf Of Mexico, and a beautiful drive to the north end of the Key. The Island also has a Tikki Bar, 3 Restaurants, a Pizza place & convenience store. Once back over the bridge, you have close access to other dining places, Grocery stores & shopping. Once you have stayed in Englewood, you would not want to vacation anywhere else.. Condo sleeps 4 better than 6. Smoking is allowed outside.

In the condo We have DVD's & books for your reading pleasure & 2 beach chairs. Outdoor tables & chairs are available in front & back of unit. There are Hot spots for Wi Fi in condo. If not the internet is available in town in many places. Englewood Beach is open from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. Facilities include freshwater showers, bathrooms, picnic tables, a basketball court, and sheltered barbecue areas. Also a boardwalk & children's playground. Of course you do not have to use the public beach but it is nice with children. The condo also has 2 TYs, A 37inch in t he living room & a 2nd tv in the master bedroom. Although only one bathroom the unit has Jack & Jill Vanity areas so that each bedroom has it's own place to clean up. Children's sand toys & other items are stored in the Guest room on shelves. They are there for your use if needed, if not they will not hurt your avaible closet space

The Gulf is brief walk , several close food Markets, and the Downtown area of Olde Englewood Village, on Dearborn St, less than 2 miles away
