My wife and I spent the month of January at this fine place. It has just about everything you could want in a rental. All of the info was accurate and the pictures reflected this unit. We saw nothing that we did not expect. We really wanted to vacation in February but this unit was already takemn in Feb and March by year after year people. We have already signed up for next year. We have been in this area of Florida many times before and find the local restaurants to be very good. Haven't been here for 3 years and some places have closed, some were not as good as we remembered and some new ones were very good. We took a night off and went to a Caps-Bolts hockey game in Tampa. On;ly took 1.5 hours to get there. Major roads the whole way. The Caps lost but it was an enjoyable night.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

My husband and I came from out of state. We found the condo spacious, beautifully decorated in a fun florida (beachy) style we reallly want when we come to the beach. It has absolutely everything and all you need to bring is your bathing suit and hit the grocery store on your way onto the island. The kitchen is fully furnished. Bob even has beach towels, beach chairs, coolie cups, a small cooler, free phone service, computer & printer for your use! There are plenty of grocery stores, restraunts, and souvenier shops nearby the island. We spent evey morning at the beach, just steps from your condo, every afternoon at the salt water pool, every evening back at the beach for the sunset. We rarely left the Island. In the condo there are two sitting areas looking through large windows boarded by beautiful palm branches you can see the Gulf view and enjoy your morning coffee if you don't want to walk the beach like we did. LOl! We saw dolphins, manatees, lizards, and daily checked in on many sea turtle nest. The locals are friendly and one of the best spots we have been for shark tooth and shelling finds! We have spent several years vacationing in Florida and this unit/facility rates top. Thank you Bob for being available by phone as our guide to the area and to assist in any way if we needed! We hope to come back soon!
We stayed in your unit for two months and it worked out perfectly. We had relatives from Scotland stay on the Key during our visit and the condo made a great base of operations for all of us. We loved walking on the beach collecting shells and sharks teeth! The fall had perfect weather for us.We look forward to staying with you again. Maybe we'll run into each other in Ontario sometime. Just wanted to let you know that we LOVED the place. Don't think we could have done any better! Well, we made it home...didn't really want it to end. It was a blast. This past June was our first condominium experience and it was great. The place was perfect with the upstairs bedroom/bathroom and a computer room and a great downstairs with big screen TV. Again, let me recommend your condo on Manasota Key. We will go back again, for sure. JRM
