Awesome Week

May 22, 2014

This house was perfect for myself and my husband. It was extremely clean and had that comfortable feel from the start. Very nicely decorated. If you want to just kick your shoes off and relax this is the place for you. Nice little kitchen and grill to do all of your cooking. Huge master bedroom and large closets througout. Had all the necessities and then some. Enjoyed the nice cushioned lawn chairs to kick back in the sun in the big yard out back by the boat docks. Caught some cat fish out back, saw a baby manatee come in one evening. Walked just up the street to the beautiful beach. Tons of shells on this beach, if you like collecting them. We also brought our little chiweenie who loved playing frisbee in the back yard. Lots of birds fishing in the back. Very nice neighborhood. Real nice restaurant up the street with large tikki bar and beach. Live music every day and evening. We came to relax and relax we did. Just wonderful little place. Would definitely come back.

Good location

January 7, 2014

We liked the house very much and we enjoyed our vacation. The two bikes provided are great and my wife actually learned with it how to bike. Very closed to the beach. Very large master bedroom. Everything is clean. The reason I only give 4 star is: be careful with two bathroom doors and guest room door. If you lock it from inside and are accidentally locked out. You may not get it unlocked because there is no key.

Excellent water access

September 23, 2013

The location is perfect for any water sport. The dock has a boat lift which worked really well. It is situated at stump pass; which has the most beautiful water on the gulf. It is great for playing, fishing, watching the local dolphin. Easy access to Boca Grande. The house was great... I would definitely recommend staying here!!!

This home was wonderful in Manasota Key!

January 2, 2012

My husband and I and 2 teen girls stayed here in Dec. of 2011 and absolutely fell in love with the area. It is so laid back, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was so kind as we walked each morning then took the bikes out to explore. The home was very clean and had everything that we could hope for! It is tucked down a little street and backs up to the bay with dock in our backyard. We were able to catch some saltwater catfish for dinner and couple of times, yum! Stump Pass park is just a couple of blocks down the road and it was very interesting to see the dead trees everywhere. Husband and daughter saw some dolphins and a manatee further into the park. All in all, it was very nice and the home was excellent, thank you, Esther!
