This is a two bedroom/two bath duplex home located on the quiet beaches of Manasota Key. Our rental unit is located only 60 feet away from a very private beach. The ground-floor duplex is owner managed and has no streets to cross to reach the beach. Each unit has over 1800 square feet under air conditioning with walk-in closets. Kitchen comfortably seats six people. All linens, dishes are provided. Washer and dryer located on the property.
We can accommodate guests in:

Patio provides picnic table, lounges and beach chairs. Gas and charcoal grill makes meals simple. Screened porch offers a great view of our spectacular sunsets.

Manasota Key has unsurpassed boating, shelling, swimming, and fishing with sunsets that are breathtaking. We are a small, quiet, beach community that caters to the retired and families who are looking for a quiet get-away. Nearby public boat ramp provides access to the waterway with unequalled boating and fishing on Lemon Bay or the Gulf of Mexico. A boat slip is available for a nominal fee, with prior arrangements being necessary.

Shelling and Sharks Teeth Hunting, Turtle-watching and nesting, A wildlife sanctuary is only 1/4 mile away with 3 miles of protected, secluded beaches at the southern most tip of Manasota Key, This is a great 2 hour excursion for nature-lovers. Gift/tourist shops and several restaurants are with a short walk- along with a TikiBar~ live music located on the water, live bands, Italian take-out and seafood restaurants.

We enjoyed 7 nights on the Gulf. Englewood is a great town and the beach was unbelievable. We caught whiting and a mullet right on the beach.
