Minimal maintenance needed. We had a leak in the entry hallway. It is not very easy to access the pool. You need to go out the front door and around the side of the house to the pool and dock. There were some kitchen basics missing (cookie sheets, measuring spoons and cups which I added). The beach access was very easy. There was a boat ramp convenient to the property. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definely consider returning

155 Mocking Bird Lane, Awesome Rental with all the details! My family of Six stayed at this rental the first week of May 2011. Loved the house, pool, and deck. The beach was only 2 minutes walking distance. We are coming back for sure! No regrets here.
