The Vermont Summer Festival (VSF) July 1 to August 12, is right around the corner, so book now! We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We are only 7 miles from the Horse Show Site.
Completely refurbished ranch in the Equinox Forest on 2 Quiet, private acres. Adjacent to the Southern Vermont Art Center.
So close to town yet far enough away to enjoy the beauty of the Equinox mountain. Spacious, comfortable location where you can enjoy nature, hike or snowshoe right out the front door to the Equinox trails, hit the outlet shops, or grocery store, at a moments notice.
Perfect for families, or couples that do not ski, so close to town for the shoppers, yet less than 15 minutes to Bromley, 20 minutes to Stratton. A great place to unwind from your normal busy schedule. Also a great choice for handicap access.

A:As you all know, heating costs have gone sky high. I will gladly include these costs if you all can work with me.
If you intend to rent for the season, but can only come for spirts during your booking. I can maintain the heat at 50 degrees whilst you are not in residence. If you notify me that you are coming I can have the house warm when you arrive.
If you intend to stay the entire time, I would have to up-charge a bit just to cover the heating costs.

I can also separate the cost of rent from the heat bill, so you will pay for the Oil on your own. Just let me know which you prefer.
