By far the best place I have stayed in Manila. All the rooms have AC and the BIG screen TV is awesome. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The ktichen and dining area is a big plus. Jason was very helpful and kind with our needs. I would definitely stay here again. The guards and staff were helpful with getting taxis. There is a convient store on the first floor for your food and beverage needs. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances as well as a free water dispenser. The place is close to Makati shopping district.

took friends and family to manila and stayed here. It was a great location, close to malls and nightlife. It had great amenities and friendly security and staff. Every thing you want is in the residences or near. We all thank you for letting all the sauro family stay. It was excellent x

A very secured place. For a week of stay, we had a great experience. Mark and Grace are wonderful people to do business with. Everything's well instructed and organized. Cleanliness of the place is a big thing. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning and the cold wind at night. The place is cheap compared to hotel prices. Will consider renting the place again. Thumbs up. :)
