This is a darling apt located in a walk up building - just one flight - perfect for couples, friends or other small NON-SMOKING groups.

The area is full of great restaurants and shopping. There are spectacular views of the Empire State building from the roof and all the hot spots in the city are just moments away via the fastest and most frequently running 6 train. It is also the newest subway in the city as well. Two stops south and you will find yourself in trendy union Square near the park and NYC college - a few more stops south and step out into the middle of Soho for some window shopping and relaxing at all the trendy cafe's. A few stops north will take you to Grand Central Station where you can hop on the S train and in one stop be in the middle of exciting Times Square or stay on the 6 and travel up to bloomingdales for their great sales and floors and floors of splendid fashions for all in your group.

Madison Square Park is just a few blocks away and it is one of the best kept secrets in Manhattan. It is kept up beautifully by full time park employees. You will find the landscaping beautiful and the grass the must lushious in the city. There is a playground there for kids as well as a dog run and a fun restaurant called The Shake Shack. Go there to pet other peoples dogs and watch the kids running around. Take some almonds with you to feed the squirels and it will be a day you will not forget.
