91 St and Third Avenue . Third floor of a high rise 24 hour doorman building. Beautiful two bedroom apartment, master bedroom with king size bed, dresser, etc..,, second bedroom has two full size bed, beautiful living room with flat screen TV and fire place, formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen, ensuite master bathroom with deep bath/jaccuzy/shower, and a second bathroom for the guest bedroom towels and linens are provided. TV, Cable, VCR, high speed internet and local phone at no charge. This apartment is tastily furnished and manicured. Laundry facility on every floor.
Area Description
The Upper East Side is known for its luxury boutiques, proximity to Central Park and world-famous cultural attractions—in particular Museum Mile, the stretch of nine museums that line Fifth Avenue between 82nd and 105th Streets. A stroll along Park, Madison or Lexington Avenues finds the elegant townhouses and brownstones frequently associated with the neighborhood, long home to some of the city's wealthiest residents.
Central Park lines Fifth Avenue. Discover a zoo, a castle, a reservoir, an an ice-skating rink, a boathouse where you can rent rowboats, a gorgeous conservatory garden and plenty of trails for walking, jogging and bicycling. It's a park for all seasons, from ice-skating in winter to free, summertime performances of Shakespeare's plays and concerts on the Great Lawn that crescendo to dazzling displays of fireworks. Very close to public transportation (buses, trains and taxis) will take you to Bloomindales, Saks Fifth Avenue, Madison Avenue Shops, Rockefeller Center, China town, Greenwich Village, Carnegie Hall, Radio City Music Hall, Times Square, Empire State Building, Greenwich Village, Soho, the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and Many other New York Attractions.The cross-town bus is conveniently located to the building and connects to all Manhattan subways as well as north-south bus routes.. Palladium, 126 East 14th Street,. Once the Academy of Music, this dance club has a leather floor, "mood walls" and holograms. Rock greats come to this cavernous building to make the walls rumble with sound.It is only five minutes to/from the United Nations by cab and 25 minutes to/from LaGuardia Airport.
