Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

Chateau Wilshire is located in trendy Murray Hill, close to the 6 train and tons of great restaurants, shops and clubs. This is an elevator building which is also equipped with its own laundry facilities that are available to all of our guests. This spacious one bedroom has room for your whole family - there is even a balcony with a view of the garden! You will love sleeping here as the space does not face the noise of the traffic on the street. This is strictly a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. This is to accommodate our guests with asthma and allergies. Of course, everything is cleaned top to bottom prior to each new guests arrival.

Chateau Wilshire was created to make our guests feel at home, even though New York City is probably nothing like where most of you live! It is spacious and fully equipped with everything you might expect to find at your mother 's house. A full kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans, silverware, dishes, coffee, teas and so on. Plus if you actually eat a few meals here, you will undoubtedly save a few bucks. Did we mention that there are plenty of luscious towels, soft sheets, plush pillows and comfortable furnishings that adorn this large apartment' But even though it is comfortable, it is also practical with high-speed cable and wi-fi internet, local and long distance phone calling via a cordless phone, a TV with VCR that has about a million channels so you can enjoy the city during the day and your kids can still catch the shows they missed at night.

In the area, you will find plenty of restaurants, a wonderful grocery store, pharmacies and the like. Nearby you will find everything you need and want with the rest of the city at your fingertips!

Our place has a full kitchen as well as a huge stainless steel table for preparing and eating. The bathroom is quaint and is equipped with a shower and bathtub. We keep it stocked with towels and many other toiletries that you might need during your stay. There are also many staples in the kitchen so that you may cook at will. The living room has cable, dsl internet connection and some movies as well. We keep two airbeds in the closet in case you need to bring some friends along with you. There are sheets and pillows and some blankets as well. If you need to iron, we have that available to you also.

Spent a lovely week with family including teens in this lovely apartment.. It was so central and convenient to all the sights and shops-lots of storage for all the shopping too. Near some lovely clubs and restaurants/takeaways..felt safe in the neighbourhood, and always seemed to find a taxi on the doorstep. Hope to return again soon.  more...

I stayed here early november with 4 other people, the apartment was perfect! So close to everything we needed, Grand Central Station was less than 5 minutes away, plus we even walked to and from Times Square on a few occassions. I would definitely stay there again!  more...
