Un appartamento dal design moderno, incredibilmente pulito, con un'ammaliante vista sul fiume Hudson, il tutto accompagnato da un'ospitalità superlativa. Basteranno pochi passi per ritrovarsi sul set del film “Pallottole su Brodway” di Woody Allen, appunto nella incantevole Brodway, dove potrete deliziarvi con qualche bel musical. Al 46esimo piano vi è anche un osservatorio, dal quale godrete di una vista su Manatthan indescrivibile. Quindi se volete trascorrer qualche giorno da veri newyorkesi, non perdete tempo per prenotare, questo il posto che fa per voi. I love New York. Grazie Ohad! We had a wonderful 6 day stay in Ohads apartment. The location is great, an easy walk to everything that New York has to offer (which is a lot!) The apartment is immaculate, the views are amazing, both from the apartment & the 46th floor observation deck. We loved New York & would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Although we didn't actually meet Ohad, he was a pleasure to deal with & very kindly offered suggestions for shows to see while in New York, both of which were fantastic. Staying in this apartment was so much better than a hotel as you really get a feel for what it would be like to live in New York...we loved it...Thanks Ohad. My family, including two teenagers, and I were extremely pleased with the accommodations. It was an easy taxi ride from LaGuardia. Upon our late arrival, everything was immediately available to us, keys, linens, toiletries. Everything was exactly as described, 36th floor, floor to ceiling windows, the views were stupendous! The first night there, we dropped our bags and immediately walked to Times Square. We felt very safe walking there and back in the late night. It was an easy walk to the subway each morning to start our sightseeing. We enjoyed all of the typical NY sights, but we also danced on the "Big" piano at F.A.O. Schwartz, rented bicycles in Central Park and ice skated at Rockefeller Ctr. I highly recommend staying here! The apartment was clean, convenient and modern. Wonderful to return to at the end of a busy day. Comfortable beds. Lovely view from the 46th floor observation area. Would recommend highly. The owner is an excellent communicator which makes all transactions smooth. High above the hustle and bustle of the city rests this apartment offering exceptional comfort and convenience. All of this apartment's furnishings and fittings are of high quality and elegant style. I couldn't have enjoyed my week long visit more. Though in mid-town Manhattan this apartment is located amidst neighborhood-like markets, restaurants, services and vendors that make you feel more "at home" than a visitor to one of the world's largest and busiest cities. From the apartment's owner to the building's receptionist/security staff, I was welcomed and felt honored and secure throughout my stay. This apartment met all of my needs in addition to providing a breath taking view in an elegant yet comfortable setting. I look forward to future visits to this property. This apartment is really really a gem.It is safe and convenient (supermarket, laundry , broadway , other sights etc) , well decorated and maintained. Everything was clean and worked well. I wish we could have gone back to your apartment for the second part of our trip after we returned from DC as the second apartment we rented paled in comparison in all respects. I really loved Ohad's apartment. It's very conveniently located. Only 4 blocks from Hell's Kitchen which has fab restaurants. There is a Starbucks only two blocks away, a Crunch gym two blocks away, a Subway downstairs, and a grocery store around the block. Gorgeous views from the 36th floor, clean and modern furniture, and a very safe neighborhood. I will definitely stay again. Thanks Ohad! This is a wonderful place to stay for a trip to New York. It is close to the theatre, interesting restaurants, and the subway. The apartment was incredibly clean, and there were no problems at all working with the owner. We loved the views out over the river. We will stay here again, and will certainly recommend this apartment to others! I found this apartment online and since the start of communication to the end of our stay, it was everything and more it promised to be. Very clean. The owner is superb with his communication and delivers everything promised. He was very responsible and gracious to us. The concierge at the complex is very friendly and helpful, the view from the apartment is incredible, and it walking distance from subway. Only take a cab from the airport... the cost for us was only about $31 and well worth not having to make any stops. Make sure you learn to take the subway if visiting - it's the only way to get around once there. This is a keeper in our vacation locations! Very clean and modern. Alittle far from where we spent most of our time. Incredible views! I spent 7 wonderful nights in this apartment. As a frequent visitor to NYC this was the 1st time i really felt I was living in the city. The floor to ceiling window in the living room offer great views of the Hudson and north. Even the glow from times square is visible. From the buildings observation deck you get great cinematic views of the Empire State Building and south down to the financial district and even the Statue of Liberty in the distance. The apartment was very clean and the decor very chic and modern. Would definitely recommend. Awesome apartment! 5 STAR! Great view and location. Visiting New York? I'd highly recommend! What else can I say? It was everything we could have hoped for and more. Location was spot on, apartment was spotless and all the fixtures and fittings were of the highest quality. Observation deck was also a real treat. Wish we could have stayed longer. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely FABULOUS! The view is just gorgeous, the apartment is immaculate, and the 24 hour doormen were very nice. It's located in a prime location- not too far from Times Square (short walk), but far enough so you don't hear the noise. Having stayed at some of the best hotels around the world, I'd have to say that this place has some of the best views I have ever seen. Truly spectacular! And the owner obviously takes pride in how clean this apartment is...spotless and immaculate. Furnishings are very stylish and new. The location is perfect and everything combined made my last trip to New York most enjoyable. I would recommend this apartment to my closest family and friends. And the rates are a relative steal! I've stayed many different areas while in the city and I can collectively say I enjoyed this accomodation the most . The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The views from within the apartment and from the roof top are the best in New York unless you are camping out on the Empire State Building . I felt very safe knowing there is a 24/7 attendent at the front door . The neighborhood has a great grocery store across the street and many restaurants within walking distance . Transportation to the apartment is only a short walk to Port Authority and a parking garage is available . Truthfully, I can not say enough nice things about this property . I do not want to stay anywhere else the next time I visit and I will be recommending it to my friends and business associates . Thanks Ohad, and keep the light on . I couldn't have asked for anything more. It totally exceeded my expectations. The place was extremely clean, had great light and amazing views of the city. It was good to go home to that apartment after full days of sight seeing. Location was perfect for touring New York. Much better than a hotel. Looking forward to coming back. My daughter and I enjoyed the neatness of the apartment. The view is exceptionally beautiful. Also the view on the 46th floor is amazing. I would recommend the apartment to anyone who can come to NY. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this place. It was super clean, easy to get to, close to everything, and had an absolutely amazing view of the city.
