Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

Please note: Rates listed here are for 4 guests/per night or 4 guests/per week, with any additional guests beyond 4 at the time of booking, $75. per night each. Apt can accommodate up 6- 7. If only a couple, we have another one bedroom apt option or a studio that can accommodate 3, or a couple with 2 younger children. Photos available.

Apt is Non Smoking only. If calendar is booked, or less than 4 guests or only a couple, contact us for other apt. options in lower Manhattan, Tribeca. No pets or smoking permitted .

This apt is in the heart of Tribeca, right near Tribeca Grande which is the trendiest area in NY at the moment. A stunning huge 2 bedroom apt (accommodates 6-7) on first floor landing, completely furnished/outfitted loft apt.in lower Manhattan/Tribeca with nearby express subways and easy access to everywhere in Manhattan. It consists of 2 lovely bedrooms and 2 fully equipped and outfitted modern tiled baths, with a spacious and well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms have 1 queen bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in another bedroom, as well as one double sofabed and another twin bed in the front living room and there are 2 separate living rooms adjacent ot each of the 2 bedrooms in this apt, which works well when traveling with friends or family, as these are completely separated at either end of the space. If needed one of these living rooms can become a dedicated third bedroom as there are 2 of these. This huge loft apt is about 2000 sq. ft. with a 12' 6" ceiling. There are additional sleeping options, within the apt for 3 more guests, with a double comfort sleeper sofa bed and 1 twin bed in the apt at large.

Area Information

Frequent movie production going on all around us. Tribeca Film Festival starts end of April with many red carpet events and international screenings right nearby. This NY designated historic district with old cobblestone streets is just a few blocks from both the galleries and shopping of SoHo and the 4 star restaurants in the heart of Tribeca. The downtown family friendly Tribeca location is ideal, in one of New York's hottest most desirable areas. Located on a quiet block in lower Manhattan/Tribeca. Walk to nearby Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Soho, Meatpacking district or Chinatown or wander over to the wonderful Hudson River Park, right along the river, where there are miles of uninterrupted biking and jogging paths w/o cars, that go all the way uptown,as well as several waterfront parks, including a children's only playground. There is tennis, basketball, volleyball and mini golf, splash pools for the kids, ping pong, bike rentals, batting cages and incredibly beautiful sunsets along the river. One block from express subway.10 minutes to Lincoln Center and all the great museums and Broadway theater. Great shopping nearby and many 4* award winning restaurants right nearby.
Subway and bus is one block away, taxis on corner. Supermarket, gourmet and health food shopping within walking, distance. The area is extremely family friendly/ safe at all hours.

great location - great holidays

Our stay in your apartment was perfect. I would recommend it without any hesitation. we're very glad we came here & not to any hotel as planned in the beginning. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment was huge, comfortable & delivered in great conditions and very well equiped. perfect for families (2 seperated bedrooms). Metrolines, shops & restaurants just around the corner. There's a store nearby that's open 24hr. WiFi in the apartment was an added bonus. Logistics related to keys worked great. Definitely a place to recommend. Would definitely stay here again. The next time we come to New York, this will be our first option for accommodation. thanks, Jil!

This loft apartment was perfect for us! Wonderful space, thoughtful and insiteful comments and directions provided by owners - how everything worked or was located in and around Tribeca. Very comfortable, clean and with the lovely touch of home with tea/coffee/spices/books/art all where they should be and plenty to get started with. Very spacious apartment with good quality finishes and comfortable beds etc. thanks for a great New York experience - it was very nice to come home to each night!

Great Stay in Spacious and Quiet Loft
I was in NYC for a week for work and vacation, and was delighted to have this loft as my home base. To start, the listing was accurate and the communication with the owner was great. Although I've rented apartments in the city before, it still makes me nervous, but I was reassured by emails and info that I received.
The loft itself is spacious, well-maintained and quiet. It is great to have the kitchen (vs. staying in a hotel) and the loft's kitchen was stocked with good cooking utensils and dishes. A big plus when staying in an apartment rental. Furnishing was tasteful, bed was comfortable and wifi worked great. Did I mention it is quiet?Good Tribeca restaurants nearby, including Locanda Verde, which is dreamy.
I plan to stay here again! Highly recommended!.

It was a great joy for us living in your apt the last days: a private art gallery in Tribeca. We walked several times along the Hudson river and to Ground O, also at night. Battery Park is nice.
Our biking day was super. Over Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridge crossing Chinatown and Tribeca to the Hudson and up to Central Park. The bikes were hired near the departure peer for Ellis Island.
We visited several museums; Metropolitan and Moma where great.
We even went to Harlem to visit friends and had an evening in the Apollo theater.
We hope to come back one day.
