Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental
Please note: Rates listed are for 4 guests/per night or 4 guests/per week, with any additional guests beyond 4, at $50. per night each through 11/30. Apt can accommodate up to 7.
Apt is non smoking only. If calendar is booked, contact us for other smaller apt options or fewer than 4.
This apt is in the heart of Tribeca, which is the hottest area in NY at the moment. A stunning huge two bedroom on first floor landing, completely furnished/outfitted loft apt.in lower Manhattan/Tribeca w/nearby express subways and easy access to everywhere in Manhattan. It consists of two bedrooms and two fully equipped and outfitted baths, with one queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in another bedroom, along with a gourmet kitchen/dining room, 2 living rooms. If needed one of the living rooms can become a dedicated third bedroom as there are 2. This huge loft apt is about 2000 sq. ft. with a 12' 6" ceiling. There are additional sleeping options, within the apt for 3 more guests, with a double comfort sleeper sofabed and 1 twin bed in the apt at large.

Located on a quiet block in Tribeca. The downtown Tribeca location is ideal in one of New York's hottest most desirable areas. This NY landmarked historic district with cobblestone streets is just a few blocks from both the galleries and shopping of SoHo and the 4 star restaurants in the heart of Tribeca. Home to the spring Tribeca film Festival. Much area celeb spotting, Walk to Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Soho, Meatpacking district or Chinatown or wander over to the wonderful Hudson River Park, right along the river, where there are miles of uninterrupted biking and jogging paths w/o cars, that go all the way uptown,as well as several waterfront parks, including a childrens only playground. Near all Tribeca Film Festival locations and one block from express subway. 10 minutes to Lincoln Center/museums. theater, shopping.
There are tennis and mini golf, children's onlu playgrounds/splash pools, ping pong, bike rentals, batting cages and incredibly beautiful sunsets along the nearby Hudson River waterfront park. Subway and bus is one block away, taxis on corner. Supermarket, gourmet and health food shopping within walking, distance. The area is extremely family friendly/ safe at all hours.
