We have two (2) 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartments available in this doorman building on Manhattan's east side.
Enjoy spending your NYC vacation in our spacious 3 Bedroom/2 Bath apartment. Let our apartment be your home away from home. Get the full NYC experience by winding down in our relaxing apartment away from any street noise.
This building has a 24 hour doorman & elevators. No need to walk up, unless you would prefer.
There is a King size bed in the master bedroom, 2 Double beds in the second bedroom, a Full size bed in the 3rd bedroom, and a Queen size sofabed in the living room. Plenty of comfortable sleeping space for everyone.
Linens are plentiful. An iron & ironing board are located in the first closet.
As you enter the apartment, you walk into the large living room, beautifully furnished in a contemporary style. There is Cable TV provided, with over 1000 channels to choose from. The living room couch pulls into a Queen size sofa bed for an additional 2 guests. Roll away beds are available if needed at no additional charge. There is Wireless Internet in the apartment and a phone available for local calls.
Straight ahead is our Full Kitchen, equipped with everything you will need. This includes a fridge, oven, stove, dish washer, microwave, coffee pot, utensils, dishes, pots & pans, etc. There is plenty of dish detergent & paper towels provided.

beware the bait and switch

contacted owner about this property and was informed that there is another property on the west side for a higher price even though the updated calendar said apartment was available. tried to e-mail owner again asking if that meant apartment advertised was not available as the other one was in a completely different neighborhood and too expensive and never heard back. if it walks like a bait and switch and talks (or in this case doesn't respond at all) like a bait and switch, well, you know the rest.
