The living room contains a futon couch, a couch, a coffee table, shelves dining table and chairs for 6 and a TV with built in DVD player. It has a desk with hi-speed ehternet/wireless internet. The kitchen is spacious and simple with plenty of storage and counter top space. It is fully equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator, microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster(all dishes, silverware, and pots included. The bathroom is fully equiped with a tub with a shower-head, iron and ironing board.

It is fully equiped with an elevator, a coin-operated laundry room in the basement. There are two front doors to the entrance of the building, that are always locked, the second door in full view of the attending doorman.
