The Apartment is a spacious, newly renovated one-bedroom apartment that is comfortable, clean, secure, and quiet with high ceilings, and plenty of light and sunshine. Polished hardwood floors throughout. The fully furnished, third floor, 850 sq. ft. apartment sleeps 4-6 persons.

Bedroom: Large and quiet lock-off bedroom with Queen size bed, 600-count cotton bed linen. Airy with plenty of sunshine and light, a garden view and very quiet sleeping.

Living Area: Sleek Manhattan style and comfort. Polished hardwood floors. Park view. 1080i high definition flat screen digital cable TV and 1,000s of pay-per-view movie selection. Free local and U.S.A. national calls. The living area converts to a second bedroom with a Queen-size Sofabed with Sealy PosturePedic Supreme Mattress. A third bed, a Queen-size futon, is also available, if needed.

Bath: Well-lighted vanity and sink with tub and shower.

Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen will accommodate the simplest to the most elaborate culinary effort. Kitchen features appliances and fixtures, including range, microwave, large refrigerator and coffee maker, complete cooking, utensils, and dinnerware.
