Fully furnished, and quiet 2 bedroom apt located in Forest Hills, Queens - perfect for families and friends for short term visits to New York City. Great natural light, and hardwood floors. We are on a residential quiet street but steps away from parks, shopping, restaurants.
Master bedroom - queen size bed
Second bedroom - twin size bed
Living room - queen size open-up couch
Eat-in kitchen, full bathroom, high speed wi-fi, AC, heat, cable TV, stereo.
We provide linens, towels, pots, pans and dishes.

Weekends - $225 per night
Per week - $1200.

$250 per night on holidays with 2 nights minimum.
Rent deposit will be required to confirm and guarantee your reservation payable by personal check or cash. Balance is due upon arrival. Security deposit of $300 cash will also be required which will be returned upon inspection of the apartment, within a week.
