$250. per night for 2 people, $50. per night per additional person, negotiable. Owner prefers two only. If staying less than seven nights, additional $100. cleaning fee.
$1750. for 7 nights, two people, no additional fees.

25% non-refundable reservation fee and full cash payment (75%) in American dollars due upon arrival. If notified with a minimum of seven days prior to arrival, the 25% will be applied to alternative dates if rescheduling.
