Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

Doorman luxury building in the center of it all! Lincoln Center, Upper West side, Midtown...Perfect, extremely comfortable one bedroom apartment, this flat has been newly renovated and the decor is lovely: antiques and modern art decorations. Excellent lighting and air conditioning, cotton towels and bed linens, fully equipped kitchen and bath, parquet oak floors, oriental rug, two televisions...

Entrance/dining foyer seats four.

Wi-fi in area and in apartment defacto.

Modern, beautiful kitchen: full stove, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, modern glassware and service.

Perfect bedroom with new queen size bed and huge window, very large closet for guests, antique dresser for guests, quilt rack, bedside night tables with lamps, cable HD 32" flat screen, flat panel television, bedside carpet.

Living Room has large window, comfortable new, queen size modern sofa (sleeps two), modern wood and travertine marble coffee table, set of nesting tables/trays, two upholstered chairs, extra comfortable recliner, two stools and buffet, cable television (also), lamps, oriental rug, antique china cabinet, exceptional art work; large coat closet after living room on the way to bathroom and bedroom.

Pristine bathroom with modern shower/attachments and hand rails for safety, new marble and oak vanity, modern toilet, towel rods.

Exceptionally quiet and private apartment.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT OR BUILDING (this is a no smoking building and you will be vacated by the building), no pets (sorry!), children may be negotiable in advance.

CLEANLINESS IS ESSENTIAL. No eating on the sofa please (it is WHITE).
Owner lives very nearby.

Coffee, tea, beverage; breakfast and snack for that first morning or so will also await guests to make that first morning or so easier...

$250. per night for 2 people, $50. per night per additional person, negotiable. Owner prefers two only. If staying less than seven nights, additional %50. cleaning fee.
$1700. for 7 nights, two people, no additional fees.

25% non-refundable reservation fee and full cash payment (75%) in American dollars due upon arrival. If notified with a minimum of seven days prior to arrival, the 25% will be applied to alternative dates if rescheduling.

The neighborhood doesn't get any better than this for the tourist who wants to be in the middle of it all, yet have a clean, quiet refuge at the end of an exciting day. All amenities within a two block radius.

This is a PERFECT neighborhood for those that want it all, to be in it and near it and still have quiet and a peaceful sleep at the end of the day. Almost EVERYTHING is from 1 minute to 30 minutes away!!!

This apt. is as good as others have said and if you plan to be at Lincoln Ctr. you are about a 2 minute walk around the corner. A big plus is that you are also 2 blocks from the park and 2 from O'Neils, a terrific restaurant & bar. Many of the neighborhood musicians go there in the evening. We met a ballerina, a lieder singer, an NYU professor, and a music producer and made friends with them all. It's a very friendly place and their food is good too. An opera singer lives on the same floor as this apt. and we could hear him practicing in the afternoons. It was glorious! Order some Italian food from Sambuca while you're there. It is delicious, inexpensive and they deliver it to your apt. This review would have been 5 stars if they had taken a credit card. Otherwise it's perfect.

This apartment is clean, spacious and very quite. It is a wonderful retreat when the hubbub of midtown is getting to you. We walked everywhere..Town Hall, Radio city, MOMA, Iridium Jazz Club and of course The Lincoln Center right accross the street. This is a great alternative to noisy, expensive hotels.

This was a lovely apartment in a terrific location for a week in New York. It was 2 blocks from Central Park with close proximity to all forms of public transportation. The unit was surprisingly spacious (for NY!) and was clean and comfortable for two people, with all the amenities of home provided. I would definitely request this apt if I ever return to NY for an extended visit.
