Gorgeous one-bedroom one-bath apartment,newly remodeled in 2006 with beautuful furnishings and pillowtop kingsize bed. Bordering Chelsea and West Village and one block to Meatpacking District. The apartment has working fireplace,exposed brick wall,100 sq ft Brazillian teak balcony with a birdseye view of inner gardens. Built in Bose surround sound system,two 40" LCD Sony Bravia flat screen TVs, wireless Internet, stainless steel appliances,floor to ceiling glass mosaic tile in bathroom,12 ft" high ceilings and three crystal chandeliers. Kitchen has Jennair appliances and Miele dishwasher. Washer and Dryer on basement level.

We loved this apartment, thank you Lawrence. It was brilliantly located, close to everything, very comfortable, it had everything we needed. Great shopping and restaurants at your fingertips. We would highly recommend booking this apartment if you are looking for a little slice of Manhattan life.

The apartment, the deck, the neighbourhood, the people, everything was fantastic. Some nights we were tempted to stay in just to sit in front of the fireplace and listen to the great sound system in the apartment. Great restaurants, bars, markets, shopping, the subway..., it was all right there. Thanks for a memorable experience.
