Area Description

Located in the authentic SoHo loft district bordering Little Italy, Nolita, and Chinatown, SoHo is known for its mid-19th Century cast-iron architecture and to this day, is the largest surviving cast-iron district in the world.

One of the most exclusive and characteristic New York neighborhoods, SoHo draws celebrity residents, out-of-town shoppers, and film crews to its cobble-stoned streets.

The neighborhood is ideally active with shoppers by day but quiet by night when the in-the-know come out for dining at places like Balthazar, Cipriani, and La Esquina.

Just two blocks from Lower Broadway shopping district and designer boutiques like Prada, Yohji Yamamoto, Burberry and Chanel.

Conveniently located just two blocks from two major subway lines (NRQW and 6) with plentiful taxis around the corner.

Autumn in New York, October 3, 2008

We had a great 1-week stay in this simple, clean and safe SoHo apartment. The location is perfect for those interested in shopping, dining out, and exploring the sights of lower Manhattan. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodated all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would stay there again on future trips to NYC.

 Perfect Stay!, June 17, 2008

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is just amazing, right in soho. The owner was the perfect host, the apartment was super clean, and we were given clean sheets and towels. No one lives there on a regular basis, so it doesn't have anyone's things lying around. The apartments are nicely done up with modern furniture. There is a small kitchenette, but being in that neighborhood we didn't cook at all

Being ideally situated near several major subway lines, this large loft apartment was a great base from which to explore Manhattan. The apartment had a modernist feel and blended well with the neighbouring SoHo vitality. The owner was very helpful, and even kindly installed an air-conditioner during a surprise "heat wave". The local streets were packed with endless restaurants and shopping. If you are looking for an alternative to a midtown giant hotel, this very reasonably priced studio is a fine choice - and won't blow your budget either.

 Great Stay, May 6, 2008

Great location btw SoHo shopping and Little Italy. The owner was easy to work with and was flexible with check in and out times. This apartment had all the amenities of a three star hotel room with twice the space and half the price. The neighborhood is safe; as a woman in my early 30's I felt fine walking by myself at night.

Comfortable bed and relaxed place. Good location. Suits a couple or one. Helpful owner. Would recommend it -for off beat place, easy to feel like you are living there rather than hotel experience. Only things missing are clothes washer/dryer & bring your own soaps etc.
