Amenities include: queen size bed, high-speed wireless internet access, flatscreen TV with cable, new kitchen and bath, hanging closet and dresser space, heating (steam) and cooling (aircon) as the season requires.

Centralized, Manhattan location: Mid-way between Times Square and Greenwich Village. Ideal for Chelsea gallery district during the day and Meatpacking District clubs at night. Allows for a quick and direct connection to destinations like Statue of Liberty, Ground Zero and MOMA via the 1 or C/E subways each two blocks away. Neighborhood is great for walking, day or night and is also always abundant with available taxis.

This is in a terrific location w/easy subway access to both uptown and lower Manhattan. It's on a quiet residential side street, which is crucial in NYC if you want a restful experience. Great restaurants, grocery markets, and galleries within easy walking distance at either end of the street. The owner is very hospitable and makes the whole process easy. Live like a real New Yorker during your stay! Highly recommended.  more...

My partner and i stayed at this well equipt ,cosy modern space and enjoyed it thoroughly.With a flair for design and a cheerful disposition ,the owner really goes that extra mile to make you feel at home,not just in the apartment but new york city generally.The neighborhood is great and well located for a true nyc experience .Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!  more...

The manager did not pay us to write something like this! We really enjoyed our staying since the studio was in a very safe neighbourhood, (Police dep in front of it), in a very quiet street, but in the heart of real NYC life! It's 5 min from the subway, and close to the meatpacking district and greenwich village, very fashionable areas. The studio is essential but complete of everything, very comfortable for a couple. It has got new design furniture and everything is provided by the manager. We found him a very nice person, who helped us with everything we needed. We really appreciated our staying and next time we visit the City we will for sure stay there! Nick & Francy  more...
