Write a review We stayed here for 5 nights. The studio is very well appointed and even had an umbrella in case you forgot your own! It's very quiet street, possibly due to the police station across the road. There's also a decent coffee shop across the road and many places for breakfast in the area. The start of the high line park is only 2 blocks away on 10th Avenue. The owner is extremely helpful and was always available via text (SMS). I would definitely book here for my next NYC expedition. My partner and I stayed in this fantastic studio for 9 nights over the Thanks Giving holiday break. The owner was more than accommodating with our requests. The apartment is located on a very quite street, with 7th & 8th Avenue at either end. The restaurants where great and NYC and Chelsea where at your door. Would totally recommend for a NYC experience. Very beatiful studio better than pictures! Good location, near to two subway lines and in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended. This is the perfect place to stay if you are a single or couple looking to experience the very best of NYC. My partner and I were very impressed with the studio itself – it’s clean, stylish and comfortable. The studio is also close to some great spots in NYC that are easily accessible by foot – the subway only brings all the fantastic stuff even closer! The owner was friendly and extremely helpful, making our experience hassle-free! Would definitely stay again in the future. You will not be disappointed. This is in a terrific location w/easy subway access to both uptown and lower Manhattan. It's on a quiet residential side street, which is crucial in NYC if you want a restful experience. Great restaurants, grocery markets, and galleries within easy walking distance at either end of the street. The owner is very hospitable and makes the whole process easy. Live like a real New Yorker during your stay! Highly recommended. My partner and i stayed at this well equipt ,cosy modern space and enjoyed it thoroughly.With a flair for design and a cheerful disposition ,the owner really goes that extra mile to make you feel at home,not just in the apartment but new york city generally.The neighborhood is great and well located for a true nyc experience .Highly recommended and we will definitely be back! The manager did not pay us to write something like this! We really enjoyed our staying since the studio was in a very safe neighbourhood, (Police dep in front of it), in a very quiet street, but in the heart of real NYC life! It's 5 min from the subway, and close to the meatpacking district and greenwich village, very fashionable areas. The studio is essential but complete of everything, very comfortable for a couple. It has got new design furniture and everything is provided by the manager. We found him a very nice person, who helped us with everything we needed. We really appreciated our staying and next time we visit the City we will for sure stay there! Nick & Francy
