A fantastic one bedroom with a balcony,on the corner of 15th Street and 6th Ave(Avenue of the Americas) in Chelsea. Besides a perfect location, the building is equiped with a 24hr doorman, laundry room in the basement, and a parking garage under the building.. There is also cable High Def. television, high speed internet connection and a landline phone, with a desktop comp. for your use.The linen closet is fully stocked with towels and anything else you will need during your stay. There is a fully functioning kitchen and eating area for staying in, or tons of other choices right outside. We stayed for eight nights in this conveniently located apartment. Right on the border of Chelsea/Greenwich Village/Flatiron District, it's within blocks of all major subway lines. Easy walking to shops, parks, groceries. The owner, Brian, is easy to work with. The apartment and building are getting a bit shopworn, but the pluses way outweight the minuses. We'd stay there again.

the apartment is a very good place. you could go everywhere from there. The apartment is confortable and you can find there anything you need. Brian is a very kind and helpful person and his cousin too. If i come back to New york i will call him again for sure! We had a great time!

This is one of the most convenient locations I have stayed at in NYC. The apartment is very cozy,clean and homey. The building has a doorman and a laundry room in the bsmt. Brian the renter is one of the nicest people you will meet. He is always available to answer any questions or needs you may have. By the way did I mention the price its awesome for a 1bdrm apt with laundry and doorman. Brian i will see again next year, I am hooked. Chao!

We come to the city every year. and this was absolutly thebest area we stayed in. Brian was also very helpfull and was always available. when we had questions. We just got back from a week long trip to NYC. We ended up staying at Brian's place in Chelsea. The place is in the best location and really close to Greenwich. Has a good amount of space for the city and was very clean and homey. He also has a computer that he lets you use-which is great for planning things. Our only issues were that with 2 girls getting ready in the morning-there were no outlets in the bathrooms to plug in blow dryers, etc. Also the bed was a little small and squeaky. Other than that we had a great time at the place and hopefully will return soon. Thanks Brian!

This apartment is a great "home base" to see NYC from. It's just steps from the subway and there is shopping near by. There is a grocery story less than 1 block away and many drug stores in the area if you need anything. Union Square is 2 blocks away and has a great market on the weekend. The area seemed very safe. Brian (the renter) was great to deal with. He was always available by phone or text message to answer any questions in a very timely manner. For the price this is a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm back in NYC.
