The apartment was charming and just right for our needs and the location was perfect - great for walking to all the downtown neighbourhoods, and also close to all the main subway lines. I hope to come back and stay at the apartment again next time. A fantastic week in New York, May 25, 2008

The flat is ideally situated for visiting Manhattan, on foot, or with public transport. Tribeca is a really nice area and people in shops and restaurants were friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect in the flat too. We hope to come back and continue visiting - one week was not nearly enough. Wonderful, January 21, 2008

I can't recommend this property enough. We had a wonderful stay. Tribeca is an amazing part of Manhattan, and it was such a treat to see it like a local.
