Manhattan is the best amenity anyone could ask for. Please note, we are so sorry but due to building policy, there is a residents-only gym in the building, guests are not able to use it.
Vacation Rental Policies

- Check In: 3 p.m.
- Check Out: 11 a.m.
- Required Stay: 3 nights
- Deposits: $500 security deposit to hold the apartment is due via PAYPAL only 30 days or less in advance. We do not take bookings more than 30 days in advance.
- Other Fees: Rent is due as CASH ONLY (USD) upon check in. If you don't have the rent in cash when you arrive you CANNOT STAY. No discounts, no exceptions. This is an excellent rate for this part of Manhattan. We will not go lower so please, don't bother asking.

The flat is ideally situated for visiting Manhattan, on foot, or with public transport. Tribeca is a really nice area and people in shops and restaurants were friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect in the flat too. We hope to come back and continue visiting - one week was not nearly enough. Wonderful, January 21, 2008

I've been meaning to drop you a note but work is busy because I was gone Monday and Tuesday. Out stay at the apartment was great and we loved everything about it...I wish we had figured out the TV earlier hehe but it really wasn't a big deal (I would have called you otherwise:). Thank you sooo much for being so accommodating and I will def keep in mind the place and strongly recommend it to people that are coming to NY!!!
I am leaving for London and will be back soon, so maybe then we could meet up for coffee/dinner and chat and what not?!
