Each of our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need for your short or extended stay...just turn the key and unlock all the comforts of home. Free HD Cable TV, wireless internet, DVD player, iron, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, flatware, dishwasher, pots/pans, linens, bedding, towels, shampoo, soap, etc.

1 block from 96/Broadway Subway Station (1, 2 or 3 trains), which will take you anywhere in Manhattan within 10 minutes.

Great location! It's essentially 5 minute walk to central park and the subway station. Lots of access to taxi cabs if you prefer. Because it is in the city, there is some street noise but dramatically less compared to other parts of the city. Overall, it is a quiet area and I felt safe. Loft was roomy with plenty of linens and blankets. Heater works great and plenty of hot water. Kitchen well stocked with appliances. Beds very comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and 3 kids was in this pleasant appart. for a month. The appart is well situated, blocks from everywhere and publics transportation. Central Park is 2 blocks from the appart. The owner is very helpful.

My wife and three kids and I stayed here two years in a row and loved it. The owner is great and helpful, the place is well stocked and central to everything. The subway is a block away, and there are tons of stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment is warm and comfortable - good furniture, TV, kitchen and especially beds. Highly recommended.

Nice apt in good location. Subway very close and good restaurants nearby. Khris and Johane very helpful especially with Chinese restaurant experience! Check-in and checkout very easy. A good holiday apartment, clean and comfortable. No views from windows but we didn't go their to stay in all day. We had a great holiday. kathryn

The apartment was great, very well kitted out, in fantastic location, and the service was very good (toilet got blocked, and it was fixed within the hour). Apartment was great and very clean. Owner had it prepared for guests with all amenities. Check in and out were very easy. Neighborhood is great. Close to subways and park. It was very easy for us to get around. Overall it was a great experience. We plan to stay there again on our next visit.

This was our first trip to NYC and amongst all things we were apprehensive about, finding a nice place to stay was the biggest concern. We discovered this apt. well above our expectations. The location was safe and conveniently located near subways and restaurants. The apartment was clean, beautiful and oh yes, it has the most comfortable beds. It’s true that you only need to bring your clothes and toothbrush. It made our vacation relaxing and was home for the 8 of us who stayed there in 2D. What a PERFECT place to stay! We certainly recommend this rental to everyone.
