Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

Spacious, 375 square feet (35 square meters) open floorplan style design studio located on the second floor of a walk-up loft building, with oversized street-facing windows, hardwood floors, cast iron column, soaring 12 feet (3.5 meters) ceilings, and decorated with high-end designer furniture and lighting fixtures.

Amenities include: queen-sized bed, table with two chairs, sofa, six-drawer dresser, flatscreen television with DVD player and satellite cable and premium movie channels, high-speed wireless internet, kitchenette with cooking essentials, and a private bathroom with shower.

High quality towels and sheets are provided.

Very comfortably heated during the cold season and air-conditioned during the summer months.

Located in the authentic SoHo loft district bordering Little Italy, Nolita, and Chinatown, SoHo is known for its mid-19th Century cast-iron architecture and to this day, is the largest surviving cast-iron district in the world.


One of the most exclusive and characteristic New York neighborhoods, SoHo draws celebrity residents such as David Bowie, Lenny Kravitz, Sofia Coppola, Kelly Bensimon, and Heath Ledger (RIP), as well as out-of-town shoppers, and film crews to its cobbled stone streets.

The neighborhood is ideally active with shoppers by day but quiet by night when the in-the-know come out for dining at places like Balthazar, Cipriani, Cafe Select, Delicatessen, and La Esquina.

Everything you want and need is just around the corner: bars, restaurants, fine design stores and the subway. Studio very well decorated, very cozy atmosphere. The owner was very helpful, answered all our emails and even let us his mobile number if we need further help during the stay. Go for it!

Great apartment - everything you want from a Soho loft: exposed brick, funky furnishings and comfy bed. Location is ideal - only a few minutes from Canal St. station. Owner was helpful and reliable. Thorougly recommended.

We had a great stay in New York staying at this apartment. It is situated in a fantastic location. You are just a short walk away in any direction from a place with different character....Soho, Little Italy, China Town. It is a great base to stroll around New York, with great bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The neighbourhood is very safe, and well connected to the subway...there are several stops within a 2 minute walk. The apartment itself was exactly as described on the site. It was plenty big enough for 2 of us...you get much more space than you would in most hotel rooms! It had everything that you needed for a pleasant stay. The owner was very reliable and was always available if required. We would definitely stay in this apartment again on our next visit, and would recommend it to anyone!

This my third time in NYC, and I love the apartment. The apartment is very convenient to Soho, China town and Little Italy. Lifestyle shopping and restaurants only 2 to 10 mins walk from the apartment. The location was safe during day and night. The room was clean and owner was very helpful.

This was a great way to be introduced to New York. Close to everything. A short walk in any direction brings you to an area with a totally different character. Very NYC. The owner was a great help from before we even arrived with Informative emails and prompt replies, a nice change to other agents, you can feel secure dealing with him.
