Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

Spacious, 375 square foot open floorplan style design studio located on the second floor of a walk-up building, with oversized street-facing windows, hardwood floors, cast iron column, 12 foot ceilings, and decorated with high end designer furniture and lighting fixtures.

Amenities include: queen-sized bed bed, breakfast table and two chairs, lounge seating, six-drawer dresser, television with satellite cable with premium channels, high speed wireless internet, kitchenette with cooking essentials,
and a private bathroom with shower. High quality towels and sheets and duvet are provided.

Very comfortably heated during the cold season and air-conditioned during the summer months.

Located in the authentic SoHo loft district bordering Little Italy, Nolita, and Chinatown, SoHo is known for its mid-19th Century cast-iron architecture and to this day, is the largest surviving cast-iron district in the world.

One of the most exclusive and characteristic New York neighborhoods, SoHo draws celebrity residents, out-of-town shoppers, and film crews to its cobble-stoned streets.

The neighborhood is ideally active with shoppers by day but quiet by night when the in-the-know come out for dining at places like Balthazar, Cipriani, and La Esquina.

Just two blocks from Lower Broadway shopping district and designer boutiques like Prada, Yohji Yamamoto, Burberry and Chanel.

This is a perfect Place to stay in while visiting NY City. It is a nice, clean and friendly furnished place that has everything you need. Great located to stroll araound SOHO Neighborhood.

This my third time in NYC, and I love the apartment. The apartment is very convenient to Soho, China town and Little Italy. Lifestyle shopping and restaurants only 2 to 10 mins walk from the apartment. The location was safe during day and night. The room was clean and owner was very helpful.

This was a great way to be introduced to New York. Close to everything. A short walk in any direction brings you to an area with a totally different character. Very NYC. The owner was a great help from before we even arrived with Informative emails and prompt replies, a nice change to other agents, you can feel secure dealing with him. WE stayed at two places on this trip and he arranged both and we were very happy.

We had a great stay at the studio apartment in Soho. Close to all the great eats and shopping in Chinatown. In walking distance of subways and only a few stops from Times Square. We can definitely recommend staying here for a superb New York City experience

A great little studio apartment, perfectly located on a quiet Soho street just minutes from a hub of shopping, bar & restaurant activity as well as the 4,5,6 subway. Has everything you need for a holiday apt & cool interior design :) Communication was excellent from beginning to end too. We were very happy with everything & definitely recommend staying here.
