Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

This is a very large, full-floor, private, three-bedroom loft for 1-8 guests. It features huge windows along the entire west and north sides of the loft making it extremely bright and cheerful.

One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable king-sized bed (which can be split into two single beds upon request). The other bedrooms each have queen-sized beds. Host will provide air mattresses for a maximum of two additional guests at an additional nightly charge. The open kitchen, fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer.

Direct TV, wireless high-speed Internet, heat and air conditioning are included.

Rates quoted are for up to 4 guests.

75.00 nightly additional charge for each additional guest for a maximum of 4 additional.

For check in time of 9:00 PM or later, there is a $75.00 additional charge.

Area Information

It is located in one of the hottest and trendiest parts of Manhattan's Soho and Nolita district replete with restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, shops and galleries, as well as just a couple of blocks to many major subway lines (N, R, 6, B, D, F, Q). It is also a quick walk into Greenwich Village, East Village, Noho, Lower East Side, Little Italy, Chinatown and Tribeca. It is also a very short walk to the financial district and to Ground Zero, the former site of the World Trade Center.

NOLITA Loft

Excellent loft in an good location with close proximity to the subways. The walkup is fine for those in shape - might be a challenge for older folks. We are familiar with New York City and thus know where to go throughout the city. We were there only for a short time and didn't have the time to walk around the neighborhood or use the loft for cooking etc. The kitchen did seem well equipped and it would have been nice to have time to shop the neighborhood groceries for gourmet items for cooking. The loft is a great place for kids as well as three adult couples. Highly recommended if you can climb four flights of stairs.
