"DESIGNER DECORATED" GIANT 2BR:In the heart of Times Square and Midtown. Walking distance to Central Park
((Sleeps 10 with 5 different beds)) Doorman, elevator, on-site laundry, live-in super. Include long distance phone within U.S. and Canada. All taxes are included in the price.
There is no TV in the picture, but there is one. This 2br will be totally redecorated and upgraded as of late March.
This 2br was upgraded and includes:momory form mattress pads, brand new and expensive light beige suede futons--Very comfortable to sleep on. 2 brand new mahogany beds, new pillows, new duvet covers, new coffee table, fresh paint all rooms, pictures and ornaments, brand new night stands, new curtains and shower curtain.
**((SLEEP 10, 5 different beds))---Beautiful Mahogany Queen bed in one bedroom, 2 full beds with Dark cherry heardboards in the second bedroom--This is from 4/1, 2008, 2 brand new and expensive light beige suede futon beds in the living room--Total 5 different beds:sleeps total 10 people. ((We can provide a reference contact information from the family of 10 people, they told us it was comfortable for 10 people and the location was great!)) We have many great references. **((Although it is at the center of the Times Square, all rooms(living room and the both bedrooms) are not facing on the street, so you 'll sleep very sound at night.))
**Doorman building with elevator and laundry on-site, live-in superintendant.
**320 Thread count 100% Egiptian Cotton Sateen Sheets and expensive Avanti towels.
**Shampoo, hair conditioner,Iron, Ironing board.
**Central transportation--7 Subway is on the same block with access to almost every line(N,R,W ) (V,D,F,B) and 1 4 blocks away.
**Free local and long distance phone calls (within the U.S. and Canada), high-speed internet, wi-fi enabled and cable t.v.
**Full Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven, plates, glasses & cups, utensiles, cookwares, pans & pot, standard sized sink etc.--Feel at home and cook for yourself or stash away your leftovers in the fridge!
**Full Bath: shower & a tub--Very good water pressure
Located: "47th st between 6th and 7th Ave, near Broadway. (7th Ave and Broadway cross on 47th street---The Heart of Times Square and Midtown!! When you walk out of the building, you'll see many major Broadway theaters, major and very expensive hotels. A hotel just 20 seconds away charges $750/night for a suite!! Hilton, Sheraton, Mariott, Double tree You can walk to them if you attend conferences and trade shows.
It is a great place for families to stay in, not only because of the extremely convinient location, but it also ((sleeps 10 people with 5 different beds)). It is extremely safe for kids and teenagers also. Nothing will happen to you even if you walk around 3:00a.m in the morning. The true benefit of this apartment is its central location: in the heart of Manhattan! Central Park, Grand Central, Empire State Building, Macy 's, Madison Sq. Garden, and Rockefeller Center and 5th avenue only 1.5 blocks away, half a block away from the Diamond district, Radio City Music, MOMA, 2.5 blocks to Madison avnue for shopping, Javits Center all nearby.
7 SUBWAY LINES WITHIN 1 MINITE! EASY TO GO ANYWHERE.
N,W,R subway station is only 20 seconds away(47th street and 7th avenue) By N,W,R only 2 stops to Midtown East, 59th street and Lex. 1 stop to 59th street and 7th avenue, Central park South. 1 stop away to Helald Square, Macy's and many stores. 3-6 stops to Union Square, Chealsea,West Village, NYU, Soho, China Town. About 14 minite ride to Financial District and the Statue of Libetty.
All 4 orange lines B,D,F,V are 1 minite away(47TH AND 6TH AVENUE) as well as 1 line at 50&Broadway, 4 blocks away. "Hi, my name is Laura. I am from Ft lauderdale Florida, and me and my family recently traveled to New york city. We needed a place to accomodate a family of 10!!! Seeing that the hotel rate were extremely expensive, we found this wonderful apartment in the heart of time square for a very reasonable price. It was very spacious, and all ten of us slept really well. Each bedroom has a full size bed, and in the living room there are two futon beds....very comftorable!!!!! And the best part, the location!!!! In the heart of time square!!! She is a very reliable person!!!! The apartment was extremely clean!!! She was very professional and inviting! We will definitly be coming back to NYC soon and stay at this wonderful apartment! We were all soooo happy with her that I wanted to help her out and spread the word....Trust me, you will not regret it.

"We went for 5 days tourism to New York and we had a very pleasant stay in the apt. It's in a great place, in the heart of Manhattan (Times Square). Big and clean apartment with kitchen and beds for 8 (we were 4 people), tv and internet connection, and full kitchen. I liked the decoration, is like the MoMA, with wood floor and white walls. The Owner is very responsible and made a very good service for us. If I come back to NY, I'll book it again, sure!

"We rented the two bedroom Times Square apartment for one week in October. There were four of us (two couples) and we found the place to be clean, the location extremely convenient and the cost much less than what we would have paid for a hotel, for the four of us, in the same area. Everything we needed was right there, Cable TV, Internet, Kitchen, Laundry Facilities and it never took more than a few minutes to walk to our Broadway Shows. Each couple had a room with a full bed and there were two futons in the front room where two more people could have slept. We had a great time and with the money we saved on what a hotel would have cost we were able to visit some of New York's finer restaurants. We all look forward to staying there again andwould highly recommend it to our friends.

"We really enjoyed our stay at nyc apt. It was very near to times square and very convenient to subway and walking distance to all attractions like TOTR in Rockefeller Plaza. The apt was nice and cozy. The extra mattress came handy and we slept like a log after our night venture in nearby times square. I would definitely recommend your apt to anyone else and would stay here in a heartbeat next time around as well. Also the grocery store was so nearby and we could cook in the apt at our will.

"Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the 2 bedroom apt. at Times Square. The location was perfect. We just walked out the door and down to the corner and we were in the middle of Times Square. We were also able to walk to Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Central Park and all the shops on 5th, Park and Madison Ave.
The apt. felt very safe and was very spacious. We had a mix up on our departure date and ending up staying in NY until the 27th. I was unable to reach you so we stayed in a hotel down the street. The hotel was nice and very clean but we really missed all the room we had at the apt.
This was a vacation of a lifetime for us and our son who will soon be leaving for officer's school in the Navy. He was so excited and in awe of everything there is to see and do in NY. Seeing the excitement in his face and having this quality time with him was well worth the trip.
We hope to be able to come back some time and stay in one of your apt.'s again.

"Our stay in New York was fabulous! It was actually my first time traveling there and I was a bit hesitant because I was not quite sure where exactly the apartment was located. Well it turns out, the apartment was in the heart of Times Square. Walking distance from Broadway, restaurants and other cool places in Time Square. It was also very safe area and there is also a doorman downstairs. Also, there's 2 or 3 delis next to the apartment building, just in case you want to buy snacks or simply forgot to pack something. Overall, I was very happy with everything. I would definitely recommend staying there to anyone traveling to New York.

"We really loved the loft. Though we try to stay in a different neighborhood each year and prefer south of Midtown, we were really surprised how quickly we appreciated the UWS. The proximity to the park was awesome and the interior of the apt was really nice. The pc was invaluable. Having a second "real" bed was nice for 3 people so that someone isn't stuck on a sleeper sofa. It's always hard to trust a stranger over the internet with your vacation plans, but you delivered on everything you promised. We could definitely recommend your place to friends. I considered it a great find and will check out your places next year for our visit.
