Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

Beautifully fully furnished spacious sun bathed 2 Queen size bedroom apartment one bathroom. It offer:
home office with pvt. terrace, overlooking the Hudson River. Breath taking sun-sets in a 24x7 door-man building. Spacious living room with large windows overlooking the water. A fully equipped kitchen: microwave, D.W appliances, cable, wireless high-speed internet, VCR, DVD, Stereo, local and national and phone usage for 5 selected countries. Lines are included. Laundry and dry cleaning facility in the building. close to public transportation: Trains A,C,E,1,2,3,N,R,and M10 bus, Water boat to NJ.

If two bedrooms in not what you need for your NYC experience, we offer one queen-size (sleep two) bedroom immaculately clean it includes lines.

One week minimum. fee: $800 for one person $1200 for two people.

 Lovely Tribeca stylish apartment with great view, June 13, 2009

We stayed as a family in Grazia's lovely, stylish apartment in Tribeca and enjoyed it immensely. This is Grazia's own apartment and it was very comfortable. Don't be concerned, Grazia is an excellent host and does not interfere at all - she stays at another apartment and is a short call away if something needs to be sorted out. The apartment doesn't have all the modern mod-cons but it is very comfortable and so charming and the view over the Hudson to Jersey City is marvellous. It is close to the subway (no 1 - very quick up to mid down and upper west side) and a few blocks walk from Ground Zero. There are lots of nice cafes, restaurants and food stores nearby. We would be very happy to stay in this apartment again.

A friend and I stayed for 2 weeks in October 2008. The apartment is exactly as advertised and a welcome respite after a busy day exploring Manhatten. Spectacular views over the Hudson to Jersey City especially at sunset. Restaurants, convience store and pharmacy/chemist 2 minutes walk away. Battery Park for those who are craving some greenery/trees minutes away. Subway approx 5-10 minutes to Times Square. All in all a great experience for my first time in New York. Grazia is very helpful with local knowledge.

I stayed here for 1 week with 3 girlfriends and we were all delighted with both the apartment itself and the location. There are excellent restaurants, restaurants, bars and foodstores close by and we were within easy walking distance of some great clothes shops and all the sights in Soho and Greenwich village. The entrance to Battery Park is just behind the apartment block, so the downtown area is an easy walk away, and there's a subway stop just 2 blocks away. The apartment is very homely, we had plenty of room in the apartment, the beds were very comfortable and we caught some some amazing sunsets over the Jersey skyline from the balcony. Grazia ensured that we had everything we needed from bedlinen to towel. If you want a home away from home in an amazing location, this is the apartment for you.

I stayed for a week in this appartment and it was one of the best holidays I ever had. The appartment is clean, comfortable and very welcoming - great to come home to after a long day shopping and sightseeing. Amazing view of NJ from a comfy sitting room - and - if you have the energy after a packed day out and about in NYC - the kitchen is excellently equipped for cooking dinner. Fantastic eateries nearby and 2 blocks from the subway - you have every convenience at your doorstep. I would highly recommend this appartment.
