Rates vary depending on occupancy. We have three different adjacent units 3Bd, 2Bd and Studio.

Only first $150 in utilities is paid for monthly rentals.

Convenient Location, Good for Big Groups

I brought 8 performers with me to stay here while we performed Off-Off-Broadway. The apartment was clean, air conditioned, and relatively spacious for Manhattan. It was a great location for Theater people. Near Times Square and the Theater District. Good restaurants on 9th Ave in Hells Kitchen. The beds weren't super comfortable and the finishes weren't upscale, but it was a great price and a great location and we had a great time.

We had a great stay! We always prefer a house instead of a hotel and this apartment is a good opportunity. Not small, not so far from subway, pleasant. We had a little problem with the air cond and wash basin drain but they resolved readily. Very serious owner.
