This 575 sq ft. designer decorated studio apartment is a romanticists dream. It is located on the 23rd floor of a high-rise, luxury doorman/concierge building across from the waterfront and historic Battery Park.

Immaculately kept and completely redecorated with brand new furnishings and linens including organic paint for those not so chemically inclined, the apartment features 10’ high ceilings.

One of the best areas of New York City.

If you are coming for business or convention, the building is across the street from the Ritz Carlton Battery Park Hotel and two blocks from the Marriott Hotel. It's a 10-12 minute subway ride to the Jacob Javits Center. (subway entrance is across from apartment building) The World Financial Center, Wall Street and the World Trade Center site (Ground Zero) are just down the street. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and along the waterfront.

The building is in close proximity to the Statue of Liberty - Ellis Island Ferry, the Jewish Holocaust Museum and the Downtown Smithsonian Indian Museum. All are easy walking distances even for those usually not so inclined.

If you are wanting to see other parts of the city including Central Park and Times Square, everything is relatively close. All subways are within one to two block walks and buses and cabs always stop in front of the building. Very few destinations are more than 20 minutes away by subway, cab or bus.

If canceled, 50% of deposit is forfeited, unless canceled within 14 days of check-in, where 100% is forfeited.
   
• Other Fees: We will only charge you a cleaning fee ( $75.00, taken out of the security deposit)if the unit is left untidy (or for missing items) and not in the original condition that you rented. We ask that all trash is discarded and all personal belongings removed and that everything is left in its original state. Otherwise, there is no cleaning fee.

My best friend and I decided to try something different rather than getting a hotel in the Theater District. We were SO glad we did!!! (we would've had to pay more for a hotel room) What a beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view! It was great calling home and telling my husband I was looking at the Statue of Liberty as we spoke! (I may get him here yet!) Everything that we needed was there ~ perfectly appointed and clean as a whistle! The subway station was within 2 blocks so we navigated very easily from there. Had a wonderful vacation and hope to go back again! I must admit ~ I thought it may be too good to be true...but it was all it seemed, and more! Thank you Isabel!

I just wanted to thank you guys for the attention and for giving us the oportunity to stay at the apartment for this past week, it was amazing, we had a great time in NYC and we felt so comfortable in the apartment, the view was amazing, the people were very friendly and helpfull and it was so close to the subway and other tourist places that it made it so easy for us to get around town. It felt just like home. Thank you for checking up on our arrival time with the airline and for every attention. Great communication, the apt. was safe, clean, luxury and very confortable. STOP LOOKING FOR A HOTEL OR ANY OTHER PLACE, THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO BE! HONEST!!!

Wonderful studio -- the rooftop terrace was just beautiful - a wonderful place to sit with a glass of wine and look out over the harbor - don't take the Lincoln Tunnel in!!! a 2 hour trip turned into 4 -- instead take the George Washington Bridge and head to the west side.

The views over towards the Statue of Liberty from this apartment are absolutely stunning. We had a fantastic stay. Everything was immaculate - extremely clean and beautifully presented. A wonderful apartment with brand new furnishings and appliances. The rooftop terrace was fantastic for drinks in the evening. We would definitely recommend it and hope to come back one day.
