Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

This large 860 square foot apartment is in a great location on the corner of 6th Ave and 15th St. The apartment is fully furnished including a full kitchen with full size gas stove and a dishwasher. Everything is neat and clean. It has 1 queen size bed in the large bedroom and 1 very comfortable pull out queen in the very large living room. It also has a computer with high speed internet and you can also bring your own laptop and plug it into the wireless router or use the wireless connection. The building has a doorman, laundry facility in the basement, elevator, and garage under the building which costs $24/night. If your looking to visit and explore NYC this rental is in the most perfect location. It is located in the center of it all, just minutes from the heart of the West Village and just about every subway line stops on 14th St to get you anywhere in Manhattan in no time at all.

-There is no smoking allowed in the apartment but you can smoke on the patio which stems from the living room.

-Prices for the holiday seasons will vary, please inquire.

-$$$ Rates are per night for 2 person occupancy - $25 each additional person per night - Maximum: 4 person age 3 and older plus 2 additional age 3 and under$$$

-We have one crib and one Pack n' Play

- Check in/out policy:

Check in time is 4:00 PM. A one-hour early check in grace period allowed - Check in before 3:00 is available for a fee. Please inquire.

Check out time is by 10:30 AM. A one-hour check out grace period is allowed - Check out after 11:30 AM is available for a fee. Please inquire.

Baggage holding on day of check out is also available for a fee.

Holiday rates run $250 - 300 a night/please inquire.

Wonderful experience. Marco and his wife are a delight to work with. They were truly accommodating of our needs and the price was very fair. The apartment was clean, well kept and convenient to all of the best spots in the city. Having lived in that neighborhood for years- it was a pleasure to come back and stay in such a great spot. Thank you Marco- we will definitely be back.

I just have to say that we had the most amazing time staying at Marco & Bonnie's place for a long weekend. They were very accomadating with our early arrival and late departure. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The location is the best - right in the middle of it all - shopping, food, bars, etc... I would HIGHLY recommend staying here is you are looking for a better alternative to a NYC hotel. I give it 5 stars. We will be back!!!! Thanks again for a wonderful time.

Very safe, well located apartment. I stayed here with my two college age daughters and we enjoyed being so close to Union Square and all the shopping in that area. It was nice having the extra space you don't get in a hotel (and much less expensive). Marco was very easy to work with. We will stay here again.

We brought our 6 year daughter to NYC with us for a long weekend -- this apartment was a perfect accommodation for the 3 of us and a great location! Very good size apt. that was comfortable and clean... would definitely recommend it to others!
