It's very New York and the location can't be beat. New fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom, bedroom has a full size bed and there is also a double sofa bed. The second small bedroom if an office you may use, high speed internet, Cable TV, DVD player. Will accommodate two or three people comfortably. Laundry facility in the basement, towels and linens are provided. The apartment features skylights. Beautiful rooftop with the most amazing views of Midtown.

CitySpire was designed by Helmut Jahn for developer Ian Bruce Eichner and used air rights from the adjacent City Center for the Performing Arts, whose Byzantine-style domed roof it imitated at its top.
