Write a review Great apartment in a great location. Everything you need on your doorstep. Walk to the main atractions or catch the subway uptown. Stayed at midtown before and felt like a tourist. This location allows you to enjoy Newyork and the atmosphere. We stayed for 3 nights in this apartment and LOVED it. We were very skeptical as we had never rented an apartment, but had always stayed in a hotel. This was much better. The apartment is VERY clean, comfortable, nice bathrooms, quiet at night and very spacious. Plenty of room for suitcases, visiting, eating, etc. We highly recommend Lee and anything he has for rent...he is very accommodating and honest. Thanks for a great experience! Five of us stayed in this apartment for 4 nights. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need. It was in an ideal location for Manhatten sights. Lee was also very helpful. What a great place from which to see Manhattan. Near to the financial district, close to Soho, Brooklyn Bridge, Chinatown, Greenwich and East Villages and a short bus or train ride to Midtown. Also near to the shopping paradise of Century 21 where labels are so heavily discounted! The apartment suits two couples and has all that travellers really need and is well appointed. Lee is a very responsive landlord who made us feel very welcome in New York. This was a wonderful experience. We had several other family members who were in NYC at the same time. They all stayed in hotels. Most were billed as "luxury suites". Everyone thought we had the better experience. Every morning we went running across the Brooklyn Bridge. Just a short walk to major Metro station. Plenty of room. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We had a great time in this appartment during christmas holidays last year. The apartment is exactly as described, it's very well equiped and looks like it's brand new. The photos perfectly reflect the quality of furniture, kitchen and the comfort of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazing space for 6 people without any problem. The owner is very friendly and can help you on site with anything you need. We really enjoyed the welcome we received when we arrived. Subway and most needed shops are next door. The location is simply great since nassau street makes you feel more like a new-yorker as opposed to the crownd of Time Square and its very expensive hotels. You can reach any part of NYC in 20 minutes. We'll never rent an hotel room in NYC anymore and we consider renting this apartment again in the future...Thanks again to the owner Lee.
