This modern, million dollar, just renovated floor through two bedroom, two Bath apartment comes with a brand new huge 50 inch Flat Screen Plasma TV in the living room. 1300 square feet!! The other 2 bedroom apartments in Manhattan are tiny ours is HUGE!!!
Ice cold central air and heat which you control, DVD player, Denon premium sound system, Wi-Fi, granite kitchen, top-of-the-line appliances, all modern conveniences. Maple floors, Washer and Dryer in unit.
Queen sized Sofa bed in living room. Loveseat that pulls out to a twin bed as well.
You cannot ask for a better location. It is three blocks from the World Trade Center. Steps to Century 21 clothing store. Walk to the New York Stock Exchange, South Street Seaport, Brooklyn Bridge. Steps to City Hall Park.
Two blocks to the double decker tour bus stop. ALL major subways are within two small blocks!!! You will be anywhere in the city in no time. (10 minutes to Times Square!!)
You and your family/friends will be very comfortable here. I pride myself on making your stay great!! I guarantee the pictures you see here are exactly what you get in the apartment. I took the pictures myself.

Spacious apartment, great location

Our family of five adults enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this well equipped apartment. Two bathrooms made life easier. Proximity to areas like Soho and East Village and easy access to the subway made our first time in NY a lot of fun. Would recommend using this apartment rather than staying in a hotel.

We enjoyed this apt as it is convenient to lower Manhattan. Short walk to ground zero and Wall St. Very clean and spacious. However a taxi ride to Time Square is rather pricy.

Having never been to NYC before, we were not sure what to expect from renting an apartment. The apartment we rented was amazing, clean, spacious and in an excellent location. Close to the subway system, quick walk to Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street and Pier 57. The Financial district was wonderful with the narrow streets, and had we stayed uptown, we might have missed this area. Thanks again for a great place to hang our hats at. Paul

We, three friends and myself, visited New York from the 23th of december till the 2nd of january and stayed at this wonderfull apartment. It's very spacious and nicely decorated. All the things you'd expect from a luxury apartment are there. But the best thing about it, in my experience, is it's location. Entrances to different subway lines are nearby and sights such as Wallstreet, Battery Park and the Brooklyn bridge are within 5 minutes walking. Another plus is the fact that there's hardly any traffic at night, so you can get a good nights sleep. When we're visiting New York again, we'll surely consider renting this apartment again.

Great apartment in a great location. Everything you need on your doorstep. Walk to the main atractions or catch the subway uptown. Stayed at midtown before and felt like a tourist. This location allows you to enjoy Newyork and the atmosphere.

We stayed for 3 nights in this apartment and LOVED it. We were very skeptical as we had never rented an apartment, but had always stayed in a hotel. This was much better. The apartment is VERY clean, comfortable, nice bathrooms, quiet at night and very spacious. Plenty of room for suitcases, visiting, eating, etc. We highly recommend Lee and anything he has for rent...he is very accommodating and honest. Thanks for a great experience!

What a great place from which to see Manhattan. Near to the financial district, close to Soho, Brooklyn Bridge, Chinatown, Greenwich and East Villages and a short bus or train ride to Midtown. Also near to the shopping paradise of Century 21 where labels are so heavily discounted! The apartment suits two couples and has all that travellers really need and is well appointed. Lee is a very responsive landlord who made us feel very welcome in New York.

This was a wonderful experience. We had several other family members who were in NYC at the same time. They all stayed in hotels. Most were billed as "luxury suites". Everyone thought we had the better experience. Every morning we went running across the Brooklyn Bridge. Just a short walk to major Metro station. Plenty of room. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

We had a great time in this appartment during christmas holidays last year. The apartment is exactly as described, it's very well equiped and looks like it's brand new. The photos perfectly reflect the quality of furniture, kitchen and the comfort of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazing space for 6 people without any problem. The owner is very friendly and can help you on site with anything you need. We really enjoyed the welcome we received when we arrived. Subway and most needed shops are next door. The location is simply great since nassau street makes you feel more like a new-yorker as opposed to the crownd of Time Square and its very expensive hotels. You can reach any part of NYC in 20 minutes. We'll never rent an hotel room in NYC anymore and we consider renting this apartment again in the future...Thanks again to the owner Lee. I'll definitely recommend this apartment to my relatives.
