• Other Fees: For a stay of three nights or more a final cleaning fee of $75.00 will be added. The Apt may be reserved with a payment of 50% of the total. All payments are refundable up to three weeks before your arrival. Within three weeks refunds will depend on our ability to rent your dates. There is a small processing fee for all refunds. All refund request must be made by email.
