Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

Apartment has open floor plan (living room, kitchen, great home office) with separate bedroom and very clean white tiled bathroom. Apartment faces south and into the middle of the block making it both sunny and very quiet. Balcony overlooks backyards and trees and has two chairs and a high table. There are two air conditioners - one in living room and one in bedroom. Bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, dresser, armoire, built in closet and small writing desk. Living room is furnished with sofa, two uphosletered chairs, small flat screen tv and dvd player. Apartment is equipped with high speed wireless internet and cable tv. Home office has a large, solid wood desk with Elfa bookshelves above, new file cabinet and b/w HP laser printer. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook and eat at home. Building was rebuilt from the ground up in 2004 and is clean, quiet and secure with only two apartments per floor and laundry in the basement. Apartment is two flights up from ground floor.

Easy access to A,C,E, 1, F,V, Path, and L trains and cross town busses. Whole Foods is 3 blocks away, neighborhood is full of great restuarants, shops and nightlife. Short walk to Madison Square Park and Union Square, Chelsea Piers Sports Center, the Hudson River bike/walk trail and so much that Manhattan has to offer.

Ideal apartment for anyone who works from home or needs a very quiet place to call home in the middle of the bustling city.
