This newly renovated apartment with hard wood floors is on the 4th floor of a prewar building. The flat has a decorative fire place and has two windows facing the north. The apartment has a walk-up with an Intercom security system and is equipped with a double bed, an additional single futon bed and much closet space.

For entertainment, a cable TV, stereos, a VCR and a high speed Internet are provided. The open kitchen is fully equipped with houseware and dishes. The bathroom, tiled in white, includes a shower, a bathtub and fresh towels.
