A Real Find!

A Real Find! I am very happy to recommend this Central Park West apartment for either a short or longer stay. My husband and I go to New York several times a year. Five years ago we were lucky enough to find this gem of an apartment. We no longer go to hotels in New York or look for other places to stay. This has become our “Manhattan home.” The apartment is spacious, sunny, quiet, and replete with everything we need. It’s a pleasure to be in it and to then go outside, cross the street, and walk in Central Park. We particularly enjoy that when we walk out the door if we go left we are in the park, if we go right and walk a block we have restaurants, shopping, and Whole Foods. Walk two blocks further and we are on Broadway. My husband and I are concert and theatergoers and as such are often out late at night. We have no hesitation using the neighborhood subway lines or buses to return home. Suzanne is a delight to rent from - always accommodating and helpful. She really does make us feel as if this is our home away from home.

Just have to say even though we were unable to stay in here place due to how many people we had in our party. I've just got to say what a dear lady Suzanne is. We had 7 of us coming and she was very honest with us on the size of our party and wanted us to be more comfortable. BUT, Even after we did not stay in her place she was more than helpful in giving us info on our first trip to NY. I will definetly look her up if it a smaller party going. She went out of her way and wa very helpful to us all the way through. She is a true Angel!!!! Thanks Suzanne for all your help.

Just what we wanted

This is a very centralized location, and only steps away from the subway! We were able to get to and from our points of interest hassle free. The building is safe and the unit is super CLEAN! Suzanne (owner) was extremely kind and willing to help with our touristy questions. I am happy we found this great place and will definitely be staying here when we return to NYC.

The apartment and the renter couldn't have been better. The location and the neighborhood are perfect. We stayed here twice, with four people and there is more than enough room. The view is outstanding, the place is quiet and all the amenities are there. Very centrally located to subway, Central Park. Renter made this transaction a total dream, she went out of her way to make things easy. Very easy to contact and always prompt. Our "only" place to stay! Highly recommended!

This was our first visit to NYC not staying in a hotel - and it was WONDERFUL! This apartment was perfect for us - me and my husband & two 13 y/o girls. We loved being so close to Central Park and walked there each morning. We were steps from the subway and one block from magnificent shopping and dining! It was a pleasant change of pace & so much fun experiencing "real" New York living! We will check with this property owner first when we decide that we are going back to NYC - with hopes there will be availability!

Awesome Apt - Great Visit

My husband and I stayed here for a week 2 years ago and were so happy to find everything better than advertised! A delightful apt with parquet floors, large windows, blocks from the subway and central park, high floor, doorman building, quiet. The owner is a delightful woman. We keep trying to stay again, but it is always booked! Completely worth it if you can get a reservation.
