Deposit is due within 3-day from signing the contract. Remaining balance, including a $50 cleaning fee and a $500 security deposit, is due upon arrival at the check-in. The security deposit is refundable, minus damages if any, when you check out and the apartment is left in original, undamaged and CLEAN condition.
   
• Other Fees: Only cash, wiring transfer, and VISA/Mastercard charges (through PayPal) will be accepted without any exception! Please note there is a 3% processing fee for using PayPal and wiring transfer. Payments on reservation cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date are NONEREFUNDABLE without any exception. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior will receive a 505 refund on deposit.
