This adorable sunny vacation rental is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom apartment which includes; 2 separate bedrooms with brand new orthopedic double/full mattresses, remodeled kitchen and bathroom,a 20 inch apple G5 IMac computer/ with WIFI, a charming living room with a pull-out queen size Macy's sofa bed,32 inch flat screen tv/HD/DVD player,IPOD Dock/ CD player.
I will also provide you with fresh linens and towels, organic shampoo, conditioner,soap, full remodeled kitchen. We prefere a 7 night minimum stay but if the calendar is free please email us for availability.
I also have a wonderful brand new 1 bedroom in soho/nolita that sleeps 4 people.

There's also a great park across the street that is over 10 blocks long and ends in chinatown. Street parking is also available if needed in the neighborhood. The app. is located realy cool. you can go out the nice places without using the sub. and also you have different subways next by - so you can go every way realy good. In the app. everything you need exist. And it is very homely. The owner is an awesome host! For our 3 girls trip it was perfect!

This appartment was cosy, clean, well located, perfectly furnished. We had a great time there, and the owner of the appartement was very nice, generous, available and helpfull with everything. It was my first time renting an appartement like that on Internet and I didn't knew what to expect and I now strongly recommanded it!
This is the perfect place to stay when exploring NYC - on the doorstep of the fantastic LES, and seconds to the subway uptown. Shops and restaurants close at hand. Great apartment - comfortable, cosy and clean. Thanks Mandy!

It was great to stay in the apartment. Cosy. We really loved the neighborhood. Found favorite restaurants, and great places to listen to music. Walking distans to so many places and areas. We would love to come back !! the "swedes
We loved staying in your apartment. We walked all over Manhattan, came back for a glass of wine, walked back into the New York night, had dinner and listened to music, all with in walking distance. We were New Yorkers for eleven days.
The apartment is perfect for two couples or six young people.
Our dealings with Mandy were very easy.
We would stay here again and we would also recommend the apartment to friends.
