Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental
PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE CONTACTING ME: most of the info you'll need is in this listing. Pictures will be posted shortly.
DATES: the apartment is available from November 4th through Dec 6th. The fee is $175US/night. Minimum stay is 10 days. You can stay less, but still have to pay for the 10 days. A fully refundable deposit of $800US is required along with payment in full for your stay. This deposit will be returned to you after you leave upon inspection of the apartment.
I'll start with the restrictions: No pets, no smokers, no shares. Mature responsible single or couple only. No university students, please! I want someone who will treat this lovely apartment with care.
Also, please note: this is a 4th floor walk-up, no elevator, so if you don't like stairs, this isn't for you.
Okay, now to the good stuff!
This is a fantastic, real 1BR (approx 600 sq ft), 1.5 blocks from Central Park, 1.5 blocks from great shopping, restaurants, two of the best food markets in New York City, and 2 blocks from the main subway stations – perfect convenience. Apartment faces a courtyard in back so it's very quiet. The bedroom has a professionally built loft (king-sized bed) which adds additional space.
The apartment is bright, high ceilings, comes furnished, towels and linens are provided. High speed internet is included!! There's a separate kitchen, no dishwasher and no laundry in the building but there's super cheap delivery of laundry nearby (tons of cheap laundry place within 1 block).
This is a really great building, so I'm looking for someone who will respect the neighbors and be considerate in terms of noise and courtesy.
