This huge 1,450 sf apartment is perfectly situated in the dynamic West Village, steps away from the new High Line Park and just a few blocks from 7 major subway lines. Immaculately clean, with 2 full baths, dining room, fireplace and private terrace the apartment features modern, uncluttered decor and lots of natural light.

It's located in Manhattan's most exciting nighborhood -- The Meat Packing District. The neighborhood is well-known for its lively restaurants, abundant shopping, and hopping night life. This beautiful apartment is in the middle of it all. It's just a few steps from all the great restaurants, bars and shopping that area is famous for including Pastis, Fatty Crab, Spotted Pig, Budakhan and One Little West 12th to name just a few. Neighborhood shopping on Bleecker Street includes world renowned stores such as Cynthia Rowley, Marc Jacobs, Ralph Lauren and Biography Bookshop. Grocery store, pharmacy and dozens of other shops are (literally) just around the corner.

- Queen-size bed with plush down , fresh 400 thread count sheets and abundant towels.
- Sofa in 2nd bedroom converts to full-size bed with feather bed top.
- High-speed wireless internet access;
- New Flat-screen TVs in LR and BR
- Bose sound system with iPod hook-up
- Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher; microwave, blender and coffee maker
- Dining room with elegant seating for six.

This is a private home; it’s not a commercial property nor is it a hotel. Please be mature, professional and considerate of my wonderful neighbors. No pets, no smoking, and please remove your shoes at the door. I am looking for guests who are low-key and respectful of the property. This apartment is suitable for up to 5 guests including well behaved older children. It is not childproof and is not suitable for young children. It would work for a newborn who hasn't yet started to crawl. *****Allergy Alert****** A dog lives here when the owner is in residence.

Area Description

The Hudson River, adjacent Hudson River Park and the High Line Park are 2 short blocks away and it's only a short walk to Chelsea, the Flat Iron district, Chelsea Piers and Union Square. With the 1,2, 3 and A, C, L, and F trains each just a short 4-block walk, transportation could not be easier.

We spent one week in this fabulous apartment right in the centre of the meat packing area of New York. Apartment was fantastic - a real home from home - beds very comfortable. All amenities and everything you could wish for. The location is great - lots of shops bars and restaurants within a very short walking district and just a short cab ride away form all the tourist sights. Would absolutley recommend this accomodation and hope to return some day!!
