Very please with this apartment and its location on the Upper West Side. My rental was a month in length and the apartment provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom lighting was my only issue. I ended up purchasing a clamp lamp at the hardware store below the apartment to provide additional lighting. Could use a shelf in the bathroom for storage as there is very little. Location is fabulous! Absolutely everything you need is withing a few blocks. Great restaurants, post office, cleaners/laundry, etc. all near.

Very nice studio in a great neighbourhood - you feel like a real New Yorker there, not like a tourist in Midtown. Newly renovated, nice furniture. Modern bathroom. Very charming brownstone wall. Perfect for a couple. The owners are very helpful, very nice people, easily contactable. The location is very close to nice restaurants, foodstores, and a 10 minute walk from Columbus Circle. Only one block away from Central Park - great for running! It proved to be a lovely place to rest and recharge after the hustle and bustle of the city. The only thing we did not like was heating - it was quite hot in there and the heating was full power at any time - including hot steam coming out at high pressure of the heating from time to time... but that was not a serious thing - I would certainly stay there again.

This is an architecturally beautiful studio situated in a great neighbourhood. It has been newly renovated and the location is remarkably quiet despite the fact it is on the first floor facing the street. The studio is very well appointed, though it could benefit from a little more storage space in the wardrobes as there is only hanging space, with no shelves. The owners are gracious hosts, and easily contactable if there is any sort of problem (I couldn't work out how to get the cable TV to operate; someone was at the door in 15 minutes to help me out.) The apartment is close to restaurants, foodstores, the Subway (1,2 and 3 lines), the Natural History Museum, and is a block away from Central Park. It proved to be a lovely place to rest and recharge after the hustle and bustle of the city. I would certainly stay there again!
