Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

Hands down, this is the building to be in...Come stay in this brand new, ultra luxurious, high floor apartment. Everything you need is at your fingertips. The apartment features 11' ceilings, Plasma Tv, Wi-Fi, Commercial Grade appliances, Marble bath and kitchen, King bed in the bedroom along with 2 Convertible Couches(very comfortable). Plenty of sunlight fills this beautiful space via oversized wrap around windows. All you need to bring is your toothebrush!

A fresh set of linens are provided for all guests. The kitchen is stocked with Pots and Pans and all the essential tools to cook along with a coffee pot & filters.

Check in/out times are flexible. Please call the number above with any questions or to check availability. All Major Credit cards are accepted. There are never any broker fees!!

Deposits: 25% deposit to confirm your stay. Balance Paid prior to/at arrival. Checks are accepted but funds must clear before check in. Any balance being paid at arrival must be cash or credit card to ensure payment is received.
Other Fees: There is a $125 cleaning fee and 4% charged if paying with credit card.
