This intimate new building (only 56 units) designed by the Yoo group with Philippe Starke, features a rooftop lounge flooded with light comparable to 5 star A-list hot spots. Said to be the best rooftop in town. It also features a sauna, steam room, and a gym.
The apartment style flows with the rooftop common area, also light and bright 12 foot ceilings, latest appliances, Sub Zero refrigerator, Miele, Fischer Paykel, a peek a boo shower with double shower heads, 42" and 50" plasma TV's, surround sound, wireless internet, and a central Pod that saves space in the most chic way imaginable. Everyone who has stayed there can't wait to come back!

Area Description

What can you say about Central Chelsea, "Craft" is on the block, "Moe's tacos" is next door, "Gramercy Tavern" is around the corner, Buddakhan" is a 5 minute walk. The best food in New York City is walking distance. 20 minutes to teh village, 20 minutes to soho, so minutes to tribecca, 20 minutes to times square. (It's a brisk walk, but I mean walking!) Very close to every subway. Near the corner of 5th Ave. The shopping is amazing!! The flatiron district is right there. Fun shops like "Muji" and clubs, and bars, and "the cupcake cafe" is right around the corner. Associated market delivers groceries for a $1.50 charge, seriously. If you want a message or spa treatment, there are two locations on the block, if you want a private caterer, call me for that, I can help you there too! Whether it's a business trip, a romantic getaway, a family trip, or just getting out of town, this peaceful flat will not disappoint !!

The apartment has a perfect location (19th str. and 5th avenue) and is excactly as beautiful as in the pictures. Paul (the owner) is very helpful and friendly. Best thing about staying there was the huge rooftop - the perfect place to start the evening! Thanks Paul, we really enjoyed it!
