Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental
Why stay in a hotel when you can have an entire apartment!
I am a young attorney on a leave of absence and renting my apartment, a spacious 1 bedroom in SOHO. The apartment is in a safe, luxury neighbourhood - perfect for a couple or young family - and is walking distance to fabulous restaurants, night life and designer stores.
The apartment is located in a fourth floor walk-up and features a living room, well-equipped kitchen, full bathroom and bedroom. Amenities include: T.V. and DVR cable, free long distance within USA and Canada, A/C, queen inflatable mattress (apartment comfortably sleeps 4), towels and new linens. Minutes to subway lines (C,E; 6; 1,2,3; N,R,W; and B,D,F,V).
Availability and Rates: February 1 - March 30. FIVE night minimum. $180/night, $1000 per week (7 nights) or $2800 per month. Damage deposit required (amount to be determined based on length of rental period). No smokers or pets.
