Vacation Rental Policies

Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 12 p.m.
Required Stay: Five day minimum preferred
Deposits: Deposits (30% of total stay) are by PayPal (or in-person). Balance of payment is due in full at check-in and can be paid by cash, cashiers check, money order or PayPal (add 4% for service charge).
Other Fees: Unlike other rentals, we do not charge a cleaning fee, provided the apartment is vacated in the same condition it was received. If the apartment is left with excessive garbage/dirt and is not in the same condition as check-in, the renter will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.

Very cute, clean walk-up apt in Chelsea/Times Square area. Super close to times square, convenient to park and many other amenities. Great place to stay!

This place is really nice and very cute, and a great find for us over the New Years holidays - we couldn't believe that we found an affordable place in Manhattan! The place has everything you need for a holiday. The neighbourhood is full of 24 hour shops, good restaurants and some nice bars. It was great to come 'home' to our own place to crash, make some food and chill out before going out again. The location is great - the subway line is a short walk away, with easy transfers and direct lines downtown, though we walked most of the time too. The host is very friendly and helpful about what's around and what to do in the neighbourhood - we'd recommend it! -- Emily , Toronto, Ontario, Canada (1/26/09)
