Great Location but unattractive and spartan

Walls need to be painted, furniture is flimsy and worn out, not well furnished, uncomfortable beds with insufficient pillows, no silverware, and overall lack of attention to details. Noisy location adjacent to a restaurant. But the location is great. If the owners would put a few dollars into making it more comfortable, it will be a great place.

Great location for this apartment, close to restaurants, central park and many places to visit. the apartment was as described but it was very noisy (from the street), not as clean as I would expect (walls were dirty and cleaners need to do a better job in the bathroom), we could have used a dish towel and a hock in the small bathroom to hang stuff.

We stayed in this compact apartment for 4 nights and it was everything advertised - close to central park, restaurants and the underground.It was inexpensive and clean, and Young looked after us well. We did arrive at the correct time to find the previous tenants still there, but it wasn`t a problem. would recommend for up to 6 - double and a single in each bedroom - as anyone on the sofabed would have no privacy. Good value,clean,good position and good breakfasts on the corner below!

This apartment was perfect!! It was a wonderful size and it was clean and the fire escape was great :) It is in a wonderful and safe area close to everything you would need and a block from the train station. Was super easy, just paid through paypal and showed up! I would DEFINITELY reccommend this property to ANYONE wanting to stay in the city.
