On a cobble-stoned street in the very heart of the most vibrant neighborhood in New York City, we share the block with Pastis, Cielo, Buddha Bar, STK, Tenjune, 5 Ninth, Paradou and many others. This is the restaurant and club capital of the city, minutes away from the West Village, and just south of gallery central, Chelsea, as well as a serious destination for designer shopping and star-spotting. We are one block from the entrance to the High Line, lower Manhattan’s amazing new railway park. Please note: This area is best suited to guests who are expecting to hear some ambient noise from clubs and revelers, late into the night. If you are coming to town to enjoy some nightlife as well as seek an oasis above the bustling streets of the city, you've found the ultimate place, at the best price. The area is great to be able to stroll around. You can catch a cab in a second if need be as well as being very close to the subway. The entire area is great to dine and eat out. The shops are some of the best in the city. Please try it out for yourself, we promise that you will love the area and the studio.

My partner and i stay in studio 4 , i loved it . It was in an amazing location with shops , resturants and bars at your door step . My partner struggled with it as she is a lite sleeper and the outside noise didnt allow for a good sleep. Could be improved with a lounge , floor mat and tea making. cheers gary

As a former long-time resident of Manhattan, I cannot recommend this property more highly. Staying here allows you to experience the real New York, not the tourist version of New York. This residential location is simply the best, convenient to everything and very well maintained. The owner could not have been more accommodating. I don't know when I've had a better time in New York.

We stayed at the studio in Nov 2012 for one week & had a really great time. The studio is perfectly located in the meatpacking district, close to a lot of nice neighbourhoods you can reach by foot (soho, east/west village, greenwich village etc.) and the hudson if you are into jogging in the morning. Tom and the managers were really nice, everything was very uncomplicated, we appreciate that. Thanks! Definitlely an appartment we will rent again next time!

Great place, great location. Not everything can go perfectly, but when there was an issue with the water, the landlord was there within an hour and got it fixed. I really appreciated his attentiveness and quick response. Thanks for a great time and attention!

had a great stay here in October. The outside noise can be a little loud but nothing a pair or earplugs can't fix! Location was great and the room was perfect

This studio was located in the meatpacking district right in te middle of all the clubs, restaurants and nightlife. The studio itself is comfortable, clean and simple. My only serious complaint and dissapointment is that it was incredibly LOUD at night that it was nearly impossible to sleep!! If you are looking for. Place to get a good night rest this is not the place for you. But I'd you are looking for the best location and walkif distance to everything then you found a hidden gem and a superb deal! By the way the managers in charge of the studio are sooooo nice and very accommodating :) thank you for an overall great stay.

We were rarely in the apartment other than to sleep, so we don't need alot in an apartment. The description describes blisteringly fast high-speed wifi; however, the wifi did not work, which was a bit of a drag. They also describe preparing breakfast and small meals; however, no cutlery, plates or bowls were provided. Also, we had intermittent problems with water pressure, at seemingly inopportune times, like just after applying the soap and the water cuts out (no joke) ... this was short-lived though. On the positive, the unit was clean and in a great location. Very convenient check-in, check-out and payment methods was a bonus.

Super easy check-in with staff at eatery/bar below studio and check-out was just as easy. Very clean room/furniture/bed/bathroom. The December weather is bitter in NYC but the room was cozy due to the great heating unit. The location can not be beat! Steps away from The Standard Hotel, Chelsea Market, amazing restaurants, bars and lounges, highend retail shops and Highline Park. Also, it's only a 5min walk from the 8th Ave A-Line subway which brings you directly to the AirTrain for JFK Airport which was very convenient. About a $15-$20 cab ride(including tip) to most of midtown in forgiving traffic... People in the area seemed very nice, I was traveling solo and everyone was very approachable to answer questions and give recommendations. As far as noise, I didn't notice it at all, though I was out late for most of the nights... Just a great experience, will stay again on next trip, and will recommend to friends who are visiting the city in the future. Thanks, Paul!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment, as it was absolutely clean and big enough for two persons. The Location is the best you can get, as it is a perfect base to explore the city. also subway stations are quite close to the apartment. It was indeed noisy during the night, especially at friday and saturday. But the provided ear plugs helped a lot. All in all - great apartment for a stay in New York City!

Furnishings, and incredible location all exceeded expectations, the dance club below was noisy but added to the NY experience, proximity to Chelsea Market and great restaurants made the stay especially wonderful, hosts were pleasant and helpful. Thanks again for making our honeymoon perfect!

This place looks exactly like it is pictured....which is a bonus! NEat very very Clean! After a few little hiccups i found the stay great, its so close to everything....great party area!! YOU have free Wifi and Paul is extremely nice and easy to contact and willing to help with anything asap! I would suggest only staying here thurs-sun if you are a party person!!! as the nightclub dwnstairs plays loud music til about 4amish! But if you like to party I dont think there could be an apartment more perfect!!! :))) enjoy! x

If you want a true NY experience, then Paul's apartment is the perfect place to base yourself in! It's a beautiful studio apartment above a gorgeous terrace beergarden, the staff downstairs are so helpful and friendly and Paul was easily contactable whenever we needed anything. The Meatpacking District itself is a beautiful cobble stoned street paradise minus the overcrowding you get when you head to the Central Park/Times Square area. Chelsea Market is only a one minute walk away and the Plunge Bar (Rooftop) is just opposite the apartment. There are so many restaurants to choose from that lie just outside the front door. Sure, it's noisy at night because there is a club next door but it never posed a problem for us and it's all part of NY :) There was complimentary wireless connection for my laptop (Thanks Paul!)which was hugely helpful as other hotels charged me over $15 a day to connect). The little things all added up to make it a truly wonderful experience. We will be back - and when we do come back, we will definitely stay here again. Can't fault it!

The appartment is fantastic for two. It's much nicer then it looks like on the photo. Spacious and clean. Don't expect to sleep long nights. It's in the heart of the meatpacking district right above a bar. Take earplugs.

IMMACULATE room, FABULOUS location, COMFY bed, LOVED IT! Surrounded by beautiful boutiques, world-class restaurants, Chelsea Market for groceries, HighLine Park at the end of the block, close to subway. . .trendy neighborhood. We could see the goings-on at Soho House pool, balconies of the Gansvoort, and The Standard was just a block away. . .great people watching. Yes, it was loud Saturday night, but we took our white noise machine with us and slept blissfully. Sunday night and both mornings very quiet. The restaurant downstairs had a wonderful bruch and the staff was so lovely. I will definitely stay here again! You'll LOVE it, too!! PS-Paul, our host, was so gracious and attentive. . .great communication throughout!

The room was great it was clean and comfortable. Climbing the stairs after a long day of shopping was though but not to bad. Music was a bit loud especially on the weekend. The surrounding area is great fun of energy.

It is a very good studio in a perfect location. Close to subway and thus, to everywhere. If you like the nightlife, this is the place to be in ny. But there is a problem: it is a noisy place due to the nightlife. Avoid it if you want to sleep early or can not tolerate noise. I definetely will stay here again.

I stayed for 6 nights and loved the location. The apartment is spacious, clean and has all the furnishings a leisure or business traveler needs. Paul was very accommodating and supplied an iron & board for my stay. The street noise from early am garbage trucks and delivery trucks could not be fully silenced even with ear plugs... otherwise - great experience, to be repeated again!

This studio is one of the best situated rentals in New York- clean, modern and in the centre of one of the city's hottest nightspots. Staff of the restaurant were very accommodating at check-in and throughout our stay. Recommend very highly!

We loved our studio apartment-the area is charming with wide cobbled streets- well located for the best restaurants, shops, transport and walking distance to Chelsea,Greenwich Village,Soho. We loved being so close to Chelsea Market where we would get the best coffee in New York at the Ninth Street Espresso. The area is buzzy and vibrant and we felt like real locals. The apartment was very clean, modern and so warm and comfortable in winter. The guys downstairs couldn't have been more kind &helpful-nothing was too much trouble.

Great location, close to subway, a fresh market for coffee, snacks and organic wine, and a historical park made from old train rails. Charming area, historical architecture with cobblestone streets mixed modern urban fusion. Our bathroom had a skylight and the room was renovated nicely. The mattress was very comfortable and had a nice soft cover. It felt very clean and better than the photos. We picked up plastic cutlery to use when making simple sandwiches in the toaster oven. The view from our windows felt quite private, and we felt comfy keeping the curtains open. Night time in the trendy district was hopping, and it was convenient to have a restaurant & bar for late night drinks just downstairs! The mornings were absolutely perfect for sleeping in, quite and no noise from NYC traffic due to the nestled location. If going to sleep early, it was noisy with the surrounding bar music, but the host left complimentary ear plugs which worked fine. We really appreciated the host's flexibility with our check in/out times. Overall, a very pleasurable and convenient NYC experience. Thank-you!!

Perfect location and reasonable rates for an exciting stay in Manhattan. Very clean and comfortable studio, Comfortable queen sized bed, crisp white linen and fluffy white towels, roomy bathroom, adequate kitchenette, (some of the best cafes and restaurants are across the street) well serviced by all the "hot" shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, Chelsea galleries. Short walk to the subway, A really happening exciting location. We would definately stay here again. As with most Manhattan apartments, earplugs are a must for a comfortable sleep. Thank You for a great stay Paul.

I stayed 10 nights there and had the time of my life. Studios are impecably clean and may be the best secret of the Meatpacking. Location is truly superb. While it really can be a little noisy given the crowd that invades the Meatpacking every night, its nothing that an earplug can't handle. The owner is great and was extremely flexible and accomodating with my off hours check in/out request. Loved it all and will surely be back!

The studio was perfect Exactly as promised. It can be noisy every night of the week, so earplugs are not a bad idea. The Meatpacking District is a great place to stay. The unit was only 3 blocks from the subway. I only wished that the TV received some of the movie channels, or anything rather than basic cable.

Our first stay in New York made easy by such charming hosts, conveniently located in a exciting vibrant district. Can be a little noisy at weekends but the hosts are quite open about that it almost adds to the charm.Rooms are clean and well apointed and beds comfortable,if you had any negatives it would be that there wasn't a iron.
