Studio is located at the upper east side, 24-hour doorman building with Gym, and laundry complex in the building . Looking for a sublet for 3-5 months. Studio is furnished with full kitchen. Apartment gets great light and has a very nice view. $2500 per month and 1 month deposit.
Area Description
The area is safe, residential and a very convenient neighborhood (all major banks, grocery stores, NY library, post office, video stores, fruit vendors, restaurants, cafes..etc.). Very close to Central Park and major museums such as Metropolitan, Guggenheim, Copper Hewitt, Whitney Museum and Asia Society as well as shopping centers. There is also one italian gourmet market in the neighborhood in addition to excellent restaurants of almost any cuisine. Subway is minutes away. Cross town bus is around the corner. 3 block away from East river and east river park which is a wonderful place for walking or jogging or picnic.
