Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

NOTE: Apartment is booked until November 6th 2009. It is also booked December 20th 2009 until January 8th 2010.

Prime Location: West 64th St. between Central Park West and Broadway/Colombus Ave. Very ritzy area.

Clean, cute, & cozy studio apartment on 4th floor of an elevator/buzzer building.

The studio apartment is about hotel sized with a well equipped kitchenette. Large windows facing south on the street. The apartment is fully furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed which would be provided with clean sheets and towels.

This Apartment was perfect for our trip. It was small but gave us the true NYC experience. The Location was safe and close to everything. Had no complaints except there was no TV. Hard to catch my daily sportscenter.lol. Owner was very easy to get along with. Def recommend this over a hotel for the best NYC experience.

A wellplanned apartment at a really great location, just steps from subways, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is a little worn but the location, the very nice landlord and the low price totally makes up for this.

Nice studio flat on the Upper West Side, quite spacious for Manhattan, good bathroom and shower and lovely, helpful landlord. We had a great time here and I would recommend it to anyone over a tiny hotel room!
